Pros: Great location, secure , spacious and quiet, every facility you would need for a long weekend Met by the very friendly host I arrived 2 hours early nothing was a problem and great apartment

Pros: Very well equipped apartment, exactly as it appears in the listing. Great location, close to transport links and amenities. Spotlessly clean. Gianni the host was very friendly and easy to contact.

Pros: This was a lovely apartment that met all our needs for staying in Rome. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a couple of dinners. The bathroom was very nice, clean and had a lovely shower. Spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed as well.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and clean, a short walk from San Giovanni metro station (about 4 minutes). The host had thought of literally everything and was incredibly helpful when we initially got lost walking to the property. They also responded quickly to a minor emergency (leaving an item behind after checking out) and we were still able to make our flight on time. 10/10 for the property and the host (and Gianni). thank you so much, we look forward to returning in the future.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros: The apartment's location is fantastic, within walking distance to two metro stations, San Giovanni and Re di Roma. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, quiet, very clean, and feels fresh.

Cons: A few grocery shops in the area, and they are not very close, which can be inconvenient when carrying purchases. It would be great to have the towels changed, as they seem a bit worn out. Checkout is at 10 am, which is slightly earlier than the average checkout time.

Pros: Bis auf das Bett war alles wunderbar, perfekt für den 3-tägigen Aufenthalt, den wir verbracht haben!

Cons: Leider war das Bett extrem hart, für Seitenschläfer eine Qual!

Soggiorno super

Pros: L’appartamento è nuovo, molto accogliente, pulito e silenzioso! In ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Roma anche a piedi. A pochi metri ci sono due stazioni della metro A. Gianni è stato davvero gentile, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check out nel tardo pomeriggio non essendoci altri ospiti quel giorno in struttura. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno!

Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: Location was perfect. Very close to the metro and just a few stops from Termini. Great restaurants nearby and a wonderful neighborhood.

Pros: Ser schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Garten , 3 minuten von öffis und 5 minuten von der Kirche San Giovanni entfernt !

Cons: Nichts was mit der Wohnung in Verbindung gebracht werden kann !
