Great for families

Pros: Clean, well equipped, larger than it seems. 2nd floor with elevator. Baby bed and chair - great for family with kids. Close by metro station with elevator what make it great choice for familly with baby in stroller.

Cons: Could use some bowls in the kitchen, weak water pressure.

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is 5 minutes from the metro. There are lots of shops and cafes nearby. There's a fantastic Quintili pizza place right next to the house. The apartment was clean and tidy. Excellent value for money.

Pros: The apartment is great, all the rooms are very spacious and everything was in good condition. The location is also very good, very easy to get to the centrum

Cons: The only downside is really just the water pressure, but we understand that in such a large building it’s not easy to have strong pressure in the showers

A nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: The host was very kind and let me check in before the officially announced hour. The apartment was clean and spacious then on the photos. It's away from the tourist crowds - around 20-30 minutes by metro from the main city attractions.

Great apartment, just a little noisy

Pros: To start of the apartment was very clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The value of the place is truly amazing taking into account the luxury of the interior and the quick 20 minute trip to the centre of Rome via the underground.

Cons: Although the apartment is registered as soundproof, we experienced it as very noisy. We could hear the TV and the discussions of the neighbours, which wasn't very pleasant. We also had to be quiet at night because there were complaints about noise disturbance even though we already were relatively silent.

An excellent stay

Pros: Everything was very good, clean, nice, there was everything necessary in the apartment, the location is very convenient, not far from the underground and train station, there were a lot of shops and cafes. We enjoyed our stay!

Cons: The building is completely not soundproof, we heard the neighbours around us, even just their steps.

Pros: Bardzo miły pobyt. Przyjazne mieszkanie, przestronny układ. Wygodne lozko malzenskie. Bliskosc metra, winda, szybki internet, zmywarka, pralka. Wydajna klimatyzacja do ogrzewania zimą. Czysta klatka schodowa. Swiezy wystroj po niedawnym remoncie.

Cons: Bardzo brudne najblizsze sasiedztwo - mnostwo psich odchodow na chodnikach, nieprzyjemny zapach, duzo smieci. W mieszkaniu bardzo glosna lodowka - caly czas cos strzela. W duzej sypialni nie dalo sie uruchomic Netflix - przycisk na pilocie nie dziala, w salonie jest ok (trzeba miec swoje konto Netflix). Bardzo niskie cisnienie wody pod prysznicem, przez co kapiel trwa bardzo dlugo i chyba zuzycie wody jest przez to wieksze. Odkurzacz bezprzewodowy kompletnie bez mocy ssania.
