Fabulous , loved it !
Pros: A vibrant exciting neighbourhood to stay - cafés and bars everywhere. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, Castel S.Angelo and then on across river. Appartment was lovely , very clean and spacious, had. everything we needed. Great communication with Frabrizo - would definitely recommend!

Perfect vacation
Pros: Everything was perfect, the location is great and it was very clean! The nearest metro station is in walking distance of 3 minutes. The place looks the same as in the pictures. The host sends a guide for the location and for the city, which we found very useful. Will visit again, given the chance!

Pros: The location was perfect. The apartment had plenty of space and great facilities. Our baby, who is taking his first steps, really enjoyed it! We strongly suggest it if you are looking an apartment near Prati!

Perfect apartment near Vatican
Pros: Our Gold apartment was perfect: very comfortable for a family with 2 kids, because there is 2 separate showers, kids have separate beds. The apartment is bug and comfortable. It has fully equiped kitchen. The house itself is also beautiful, typical Rome house. Metro station is in 2 minutes walk, Vatican in 15 minutes, piazza del Popolo in 18 minutes walk. Near the flat there are nice places to eat and supermarkets. The host is extremely friendly and always ready to help, gave us very useful guide book, so it was easy to get around. Highly recommend this place for rent.

A perfect stay in Rome — comfortable, quiet, well-located, and hosted with care.
Pros: The place was spotless, with high ceilings and tasteful furniture that made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the start. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge and a super practical dishwasher. We never had any issues with noise — it was quiet and relaxing the whole time. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, with tons of great restaurants nearby and plenty of grocery stores, so daily life was really easy.
Cons: This is a wonderful place, and I’d love to stay here for a longer period next time. If there were a washing machine, it would be even better suited for long-term stays.

Fantastic stay
Pros: Fantastic Stay Near St. Peter’s Basilica! This apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip to Rome. Just a 15-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and with metro and public transport right at the doorstep, the location couldn’t be more convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel just like home. The host was amazing — incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located close to the metro and within walking distance of most tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping precincts. Fabrizio and his team were very helpful in making out stay as pleasant and comfortable as could be. The air-conditioning in the bedroom worked like a dream in the hit summer weather
Cons: We should have booked the Gold Suite instead of the smaller Silver suite as we travelled as a family of 3, and the apartment was relatively small for our needs. The shower cubicle is very small, so it can be a challenge for anyone big built or well endowed. The guests in the adjacent suite ran the tumble dryer day and night, which was annoying as we shared a common entrance hall, and the tumble dryer was literally outside the entrance to our apartment.

Pros: Modern, clean, well equipped, close to Metro stations and in quieter area of Rome. Owner was super helpful, provided good advice, and kept in contact. Coffee shop around the corner was superb.

Go for it!! Great flat and lovely host!
Pros: The flat was very clean and very well organised. The location is great. Fabrizio is a lovely and helpful host. The air con saved our lives during the summer heat! My daughter loved the desk by the window (Now I'll have to rearrange her room)
Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, but the walk-in shower could be a bit bigger. My husband and I aren't the smallest people so we struggled a little bit to move around the cubicle. But we completely understand that sometimes it is not possible to have a bigger one, especially in old buildings (btw gorgeous building)
