Lovely Flat by the Vatican

Comfortable for 5 people, good location, facilities were ample for our needs

Pros: Location, spacious, secure , quiet, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms

Cons: 3 flights of stairs. Decor Needs updating Needs a deep clean and better regular clean (there was lots of dust and tea towel was disgusting)

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment! First and foremost, we must emphasize that the host was incredibly kind, helpful, and unbelievably accommodating, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Additionally, the air conditioning proved to be a lifesaver on those hot days, providing pleasant coolness after a full day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was charming and well-equipped, which only completed the positive experience. We definitely recommend it!

Perfect location with a very friendly host

Pros: The location was perfect, the apartment is beautiful, and there was plenty of space.

Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable, even for me, who can normally sleep anywhere

Pros: The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room it was very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in a quieter spot of Rome.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Our host Leandro was welcoming and friendly. Great location.

Cons: The property is on the 3rd floor so can be tiresome going up and down, so would be challenging for an older person or if you have young kids. Even though the location is great it is some 30min walk from the main points of interest.

Pros: Fabulous location, spacious flat, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped and suitable for cooking

Cons: Flat had 2 bathrooms, with a shower each, however we didn't use one of the showers as water wasn't draining properly. The drain unblocker in the cupboard was pretty empty, so I suspect this is down to the plumbing in the building.

Pros: Super location, literally few minutes from the Vatican!!!

Pros: Apartament bardzo przestronny, wygodne łóżka, doskonała lokalizacja. 20 minut od Bazyliki Św.Piotra.

Cons: Zbyt nałe łazienki, mało miejsca na przechowywanie kosmetyków, bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody.

Pros: Nice location and beautiful apartment without lacking any amenities. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Cons: The apartment was on 4F, so it was a bit tough for my parents and 5 people's worth of luggages. The owners were very helpful in arranging the porter services to help bringing the luggages into the apartment, and it certainly wasn't easy with our schedule (we left very early before 5AM on check out day). Still, you'd need to budget in the porter service costs if you are in similar situation with us, though.

Perfecto

Pros: Todo el piso perfecto, la limpieza muy bien, equipado con todo lo necesario. Transporte público casi en la puerta. Restaurantes y heladerías cerca del piso. El personal que nos ha atendido ha sido muy amable. Recomiendo el piso, un lugar perfecto para descansar después de un día intenso.

Cons: No tengo comentarios negativos.
