Pros: The apartment is renovated, modern and very comfortable, is well equipped. Super friendly and qualified contact person. We accidentally left cosmetic bag in the apartment and she helped me a lot in finding.

Cons: There was renovation work going on on the facade of the building and it was a bit noisy because of that. The checkout time was very early, and despite many requests, they didn’t allow us to stay even one extra hour for free. They also didn’t let us leave our luggage, though they offered a few paid alternatives. Meanwhile, our friends who were staying nearby were allowed a late checkout and could leave their luggage.

Pros: It has Air Conditioning! That alone made me give it a high rating because Rome in the summer can get hot. However, it is a beautiful home with lots of nice art and furniture; you can tell that effort was put into putting the home together. Hot water in the showers, nice mirrors and TVs, a full kitchen and a fridge.

Cons: Not too much I didn't like except for the fact that there was nowhere to do laundry and I can't recall if there was an iron or not (sorry if there was, I just forgot). Also, I did find it expensive relative to other places in Europe. However, I think Rome in general is just an expensive place.

Pros: Spacious, air con, clean, well located, convenient to sights, shops and restaurants.

Pros: Obiekt pięknie wyremontowany, wygodne łóżka. Na duży plus dwie toalety. Lokalizacja blisko metra.

Cons: Odrobinę lepiej bym go wyposażyła. Apartament wynajęty na 6 osób, więc fajnie by było gdyby dla każdego była szklanka i odpowiednia ilość dużych talerzy. Brakowało mi również jakis podstawowych produktów, 2 tabletki do zmywarki na 4 dni to troszkę za mało, nauczyć było na tyle mało że trzeba było je myć na bieżąco bo nie byłoby na czym zjeść.

Pros: Casa acogedora y limpia, muy buen ubicada. Con anfitriones atentos

Pros: Evin konumu, imkanları, genişliğinden ailecek çok memnun kaldık. Mutfak donanımı çok yeterliydi ve temizdi.

Pros: Duży , czysty przestronny apartament- bez problemowo pomieścił szóstkę dorosłych osób. Wielkim atutem było to ,że było w nim ciepło- mimo że za oknem często padał deszcz. Był dobry kontakt z właścicielem- mimo późnej godziny przyjazdu i mimo problemów z dotarciem do skrzynki na klucze.- gospodarz odebrał telefon i udzielił wskazówek. Dziękujemy

Cons: Popracujcie proszę nad bardziej czytelną informacją jak wejść do budynku przed odebraniem kluczy. Instrukcja była mało czytelna. Poza tym wszystko było super- dziękujemy.
