We loved the stay, location, the host, internet.
Pros: The location was perfect for us. Internet was excellent. Access easy and comfortable. The area very safe and with nice cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and groceries just round the corner. If you are a walker, it will take 30 minutes to reach historical centre. Vatican is 10 minutes away. A metro stop is 5 minutes away and takes you to many historic points. The best cafe in the neighbourhood is Portofino.
Cons: heating device is actually A/C, it is loud and can not be left unattended since one needs to collect water from the system. The bed was a little too hard and pillows could be replaced by new and better.

Very well located apartment but it is necessary to be better equiped.
Pros: Location is very good. It is close to everything - metro, markets, Vatican, museums ... Apartment is newly renovated. It is quite big, but it is necessary to be better equiped.
Cons: Apartment is newly renovated but on standard IKEA way. It is moderetly equiped particularly with kitchen staff. Refrigator is too small, so I suggest to be replaced with normal size refrigator. Also wardrobes are missing and furniture to place suitcases. There are many unnecessary IKEA-style decorations, but the essential things are missing — a place to store your suitcases, a place to put your clothes. The apartment is very spacious, but because of the minimalist, starter-level furnishing, it feels empty.

Great location, safe, clean, good value !
Pros: The neighborhood is wonderful - not overcrowded, but still lots of activity and very easy walk to the Vatican and to the Metro Station (Lepanto). The host Beatrice checks in regularly and cleaning service provided weekly. Good supply of hot water when showering. Nice big windows (with louvered shutters) to the street. I had a great 3-week stay here.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, ben tenuto, pulito e molto spazioso con salotto e cucina. Istruzioni chiare per l'accesso e assistenza costante su Whatsapp per qualsiasi esigenza. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione metro Lepanto.
Cons: I cuscini del letto sono da sostituire, non sono affatto comodi.

Ubicación magnífica y anfitrión muy atento.
Pros: La ubicación es magnífica y Beatrice hizo todo lo posible para que estuviésemos cómodos. Hasta instaló una rampa portátil para salvar un pequeño escalón !!!! Muy atenta y servicial. Un 10 para la anfitriona.

Maravillosa
Pros: El apartamento es totalmenge nuevo y muy bien equipado tanto con secador, como placha no le falta detalle y con muy buena ubicación. Un barrio muy tranquilo y agradable de pasear a 5 minutos del vaticano y con muy buen acceso al metro y autobuses. Os lo recomiendo 100%

Pros: L'emplacement. Appartement dans quartier bien desservi (ligne A) et surtout dans une rue calme. Très propre. L'ascenseur est bien pratique après une longue journée de visites. Propriétaire accessible
Cons: Aurions apprécié un peu plus qu'une dosette de savon douche. Avons du acheter gel douche et shampoing.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, pulitissimo, silenzioso e dotato di ogni comfort per un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima la posizione. Un ringraziamento a Beatrice, sempre attenta e premurosa. Da tenere presente per i nostri prossimi soggiorni a Roma.

Oltre le aspettative!
Pros: Veramente un bell'appartamento nel quartiere Prati. Nuovo, spazioso, pulito, con tutti gli accessori necessari e comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse della città con i mezzi pubblici. Inoltre, cosa non da poco conto a Roma, dotato di ascensore, visto che accompagnavo i miei genitori anziani. Host gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità, anche se non ce ne è stato bisogno. Pienamente soddisfatto e assolutamente consigliato. E visti anche certi prezzi a Roma direi che ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Soggiorno impeccabile
Pros: L'appartamento è nuovo, arredato con gusto moderno e attenzione ai dettagli. L’appartamento è funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina completamente attrezzata, elettrodomestici moderni, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, lavatrice, e molto altro. La pulizia era impeccabile e Il letto comodo. La posizione è un altro grande punto di forza: l'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo ma ben servito, perfetto sia per visitare la città che per chi viaggia per lavoro come me. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, estremamente gentile e disponibile nonostante il tardo orario di check-in. Tornerò sicuramente e grazie ancora!
