Pros: The apartment is spacious and tidy, located in a great area – a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of the main attractions. The metro station is just a few hundred meters away, making it very easy to get around. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby with a great selection of food. Claudia was an excellent host – very helpful and kind. Definitely recommended!

Our stay was lovely — great location, smooth check-in, and a very kind and helpful host.
Pros: The location was absolutely perfect — very central and easy to reach everywhere we wanted to go. Claudia, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and shortly after we arrived, she came by personally to welcome us and explain everything in detail. She also gave us great local tips on where to eat and what to see, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
Cons: The shower cabin was quite small, but I understand that this is common in many places in Rome, so it didn’t significantly affect our experience.

Pros: The location is amazing, only about 10 minutes from St Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museum, easy to navigate to other main attractions in the city too. The room itself it’s spacious and comfortable and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating

Truly magic journey. Claudia(the landlord) is awesome and very helpful person.
Pros: The distance to the city centre. And neighbourhood full of tasty places.

perfect location and great price for exploring Rome
Pros: great location. you can easily walk to all the main landmarks if you wanted but the metro is only a couple minutes away. there’s also bus stops nearby
Cons: shower is small but good pressure and temperature. didn’t affect the stay at all and would stay again

Pros: Sucio el baño, el compartimento de la ducha con hongos. No había papel higiénico suficiente, tuve que comprar. Sin shampoo, sin jabón individual, y demás amenities. La esponja de la cocina, sucias y vieja. Poco limpia. No había seca plato toalla de papel o de género.
Cons: Sucio y pocos amenities . Baño con hongos. Papel higiénicos insuficiente, tuve que comprar. Las sábanas insufientes, solo el plumon, sin cubre plumón. La esponja de la cocina sucia y vieja. Cocina sin toalla de papel para secar platos.

Perfecta ubicación
Pros: Ubicación perfecta, podría decir que llegas a todos los puntos de interés andando. cama cómoda
Cons: Unas almohadas hubieran mejorado mucho el descanso. Durante la estancia (6 noches) no se nos ofreció cambio de toallas ni más papel higiénico ( que teníamos una unidad por persona de ambas cosas )

Ottima location per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Roma
Pros: La posizione era ottima ed il quartiere tranquillo, pieno di ristoranti e bar, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro \
Cons: L'unico aspetto migliorabile è la scarsa insonorizzazione dell'appartamento, sia verso l'esterno, ma soprattutto verso il corridoio d'ingresso interno ed i relativi portoni.

Pros: Eine sehr nette praktische Unterkunft in einem Haus mit dem Flair der Jahrhundertwende, fast schon authentisch. Ich fühlte mich sofort zuhause. Claudia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einem Problem im Bad hat sie sich sofort um den Hydrauliker bemüht. Übrigens sind die Türen nicht so laut, es sind einfach schöne alte große Tore, die eben ins Schloss fallen. Bei mir zu Hause schlagen die Türen viel lauter!
Cons: Logischerweise, wenn man Parterre wohnt, kann man nachts das Fenster natürlich nicht offenstehen lassen.
