Really nice hotel

Pros: On arrival after booking last minute the staff were accommodating and within 2 minutes given access to the room. Hotel was clean with professional staff. Room have a fridge kettle and coffee maker and it was clean and comfortable bed. Location was nice with easy links for transport or walking.

Pros: Kind and helpful staff, newly refurbished and clean room with all comforts (though a bit small, but perfect for a couple), good location (with the main centre landmarks at a walking distance). Definitely recommended

Enjoyable except for a few details.

Pros: Excellent staff, excellent location, comfortable bed, comfortable room, good breakfast, great services offered by the hotel.

Cons: 1) the toilet/shower had a strange smell 2) cleaning usually didn’t get rid of the smell 3) sound proofing did not exist - the shower next door could be heard as though in my bed

Pros: Excellent if you need a comfortable bed while spending most of the day touring

Cons: Nothing. Looks more like a 3 star though

Full professionalism

Pros: Very good hotel. Stylish interior and a very nice room. The room was very clean, had a coffee machine, kettle for tea. Attention to detail in the room, very good room cleaning service and very nice and professional reception staff made my stay at the hotel a pleasure. I recommend and I will definitely come back.

Great location, clean and friendly staff!

Pros: Hotel had all necessary facilities (slippers, kettle and extras). Staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall great location and clean rooms.

Cons: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable (too big and hard) gave us a bit of a neck ace.

Amazing experience

Pros: Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and had a really nice scent :) They provided a coffee machine and an electronic kettle. The bathroom and the towels, also the room and the sheets were really clean. Wifi was fast, TV was working, the bed was really comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff (especially the older gentleman at the reception) was helpful and kind, they looked after my bag before check-in and after check-out. Also, the bus stop is on the other side of the street from the hotel, so I will definitely return to this place if I travel to Rome in the future.

Compact and to the point

Pros: Value for money Location is excellent Compact and to the point

Pros: Staff was really nice my room was ready early and I was in by 10am ready for the day ahead loads of places to eat around and a supermarket 2 seconds down the road

Cons: There was a 30 minute walk into town which wasn't bad but coming back to the hotel I always got a cab
