Amazing. Felt extremely comfortable and safe. Amazing hotel

Pros: The room’s were exceptional. Like new, extremely clean and felt very comfortable.

Pros: Room was spotless , great power shower and comfy bed . Staff were excellent and great help when needed .

Cons: Even though there is WiFi , it's very sketchy at best of times . Didn't like the actual door to the hotel proper from stairwell was always open .

Pros: Both the receptionists were so very kind. They let us have an early check in and kept our luggages on the last day so we’d roam around freely before leaving. Great location, clean and comfortable room and an overall great experience!

Extremely helpful and kind staff

Pros: The rooms were spacious and beautiful. A special mention to the kind lady on reception. She went above and beyond for us and even stayed a little extra for us to come collect our luggage before heading to the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: We struggled to find the entrance initially as it’s on level 1. Apart from this, there’s nothing I didn’t like!

Lovely stay, couldn't have been better 😊

Pros: Mary and the staff were lovely, they were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Mary messaged me before our holiday and kept in touch on WhatsApp, which was great for checking in/out. We also celebrated a birthday and Mary kindly left us a lovely note and some prosecco 😊. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Bathroom a good size and shower was great. We had a good view of the street too. Couldn't hear our neighbours at all, sometimes heard street traffic but otherwise very quiet neighbour. The main rome sights are a good 20/30min walk away so bare in mind, but we didn't mind walking into the more tourist part of Rome, it was quite a nice evening walk 'home'.

Pros: Property was in a lovely residential area, only 10 min to villa Borghese gardens. Mary, the host was extremely helpful and generous with information. She even allowed a late checkout due to circumstances. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely and big.
