I can’t anticipate this hotel will reach previous standards that we have enjoyed, we won’t return

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location We have stayed here before, the staff are charming and helpful. It’s a very quiet hotel, very little noise from other guests Our bedroom was large and had great airconditioning, plenty of wardrobe space and a nice little en-suite shower room. It’s a very quirky hotel with the smallest ever lift and lots of staircases and corridors, easy to lose your way

Cons: This hotel has been under refurbishment since the last time we stayed 2yrs ago We couldn’t access our internal courtyard balcony because it was shrouded in scaffolding and plastic protective sheeting. Work started quite early and the noise was very intrusive. The breakfast buffet had also lost a lot of quality in the last 2 years. The cereals and fresh fruit were limited in choice, the hot breakfast was poorly cooked and presented, the continental style breakfast was extremely poor in regards to charcuterie and cheeses. The pastries were sweet dense and obviously purchased in bulk Coffee too was horrible machine made

Pros: Breakfast was good . Location about 30 mins to centre ok to walk in during the day but not at night needed taxi

Nice, clean, good value for money

Pros: I stayed in a single room, which was clean and all I needed. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The only issue was (I guess it is the same sound isolation in all hotels of Rome), I could hear other guests leaving early morning. All the rest I really enjoyed.

Perfect location to see all the touristy highlights Rome has to offer. Staff were lovely.

Pros: Great location. Lovely rooms. Staff were great, couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cons: Lift or stair way, both interesting… didn’t bother me especially, but then I didn’t need to use the lift… stairway was small, but fine.
