Marcella Royal Hotel - Rooftop Garden

Pros: The location near to termini and also close to many attractions but in a quiet street

A very enjoyable stay in a clean and friendly hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was very enjoyable. There was lots of choice and you could even have a pot of tea! The staff were very hard working in the breakfast room, always clearing away pots and replenishing the food, cups and cutlery. We found the staff on reception were helpful and cheerful. The roof top bar is definitely a bonus.

Cons: We enjoyed it all. There are no negatives.

Very relaxing at the rooftop bar & restaurant. The staff made you feel very welcome .

Pros: It was very central to the attractions .You could walk but also take a quick bus ride which were every 5 mins . The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean . The rooftop restaurant & bar was gorgeous with fabulous views over the city . The breakfast was great . Highly recommend.

Christmas in Roma

Pros: The staff, the breakfast, the rooftop lounge , the location. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday at the hotel. The staff are truly lovely and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and the craic was good with Aerosmith in the evenings.

Cons: The room we stayed in rm 114 was a double, but it was too small.for 2.people for more than 1 night. It was.also very hot and the windows couldnt be left open due to the noise outside. The wardrobe could not fit 2 persons clothes for 4 nights and there was no space to hang coats or store toiletries in bathroom. It really is only suitable for single occupancy.

Pros: Lovely hotel with great staff. Very helpful and informative. Good location with some decent restaurants within walking distance. Not too far from main attractions but far enough away to be a bit quieter. Lovely rooftop bar and good breakfast selection.

Cons: No tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Found the room to be too hot and air conditioning was poor. Room was small but it was a standard room in Rome so to be expected.

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful. Location was excellent within easy walking distance of the galleries we wanted to visit.

Cons: More clothes hangers. Some hooks in the bathroom. Tea/coffee in the room.

It was a good stay.

Pros: The concierge was a great touch. The staff at the front desk were excellent; very kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is really spacious but the bath tubs does need a bit of a renovation.

Cons: The bathroom needs a bit of a renovation especially on the 6th floor. The breakfast could have a bit more options but other than that, loved my stay.
