Comfortable and stylish and convenient for Roma Termini (main) railway station

Pros: Lovely marble everywhere, very stylish, luxurious bathroom, attentive friendly staff, quiet despite location on a fairly busy road, great recommendation for where to eat nearby

Cons: I couldn’t get the AC to work so overseas a little warm and stuffy. Could be user error - I forgot to mention at checkout

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Matilda for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She truly made our stay extra special with her friendly attitude and attention to every detail. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcome and comfortable away from home. The rest of the staff also deserve high praise – everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Pros: Its a very pleasant hotel to stay in for a short trip, friendly staff and helpful, rooms got cleaned every day and the bathroom products and shower was absolutely amazing.

Cons: Only the toilet seat was leaking but its fine once you close the door you will not hear the noise, the room is not well isolated and the AC is not up to expectations I think in summer it wouldn't be helpful

The hotel staff were so friendly and lovely.they accommodated every need and made our stay so pleasant and lovely.

Pros: The extra details provided for Travellers like a power bank, the spa ... it was very clean and the staff are extra nice. The style is charming. The staff are very useful. The bed was comfy.
