It was a very nice stay

Pros: The apartment was lovely and spacious and very clean. Alfonso was really nice. He showed us a map with everything we needed to visit and he was always available to respond to our messages. He also gave us a room upgrade.

Cons: There wasn’t much natural light you couldn’t really open the windows but it’s fine i don’t think the property can do anything about that

Very nice place to stay with friendly stuff and beautiful surroundings

Pros: This property has excellent location 19 minutes walk from Fontaine di trevi, very close to US ambasady. Plenty restaurants around.

Cons: Very clean, even that the room was small was comfortable, clean and well functioning . The only suggestion, kettle and option of making own tea would be nice addition.

Ideal base for a Rome city break, Clean & good value.

Pros: Hotel Ercoli was ideal for our short city break in Rome. The hotel is located on the 4th floor within a large building occupying residents. Hotel Ercoli is approx 15 mins walk from main Termini rail station so location is great- and we didn’t need to use the bus or rail to visit the main sights either- Trevi approx 15 mins walk Colosseum 25/30 mins walk from hotel. We were able to check in early on arrival at 11am. The room had a comfy bed and pillows, great shower, plenty of storage and clean towels changed daily. Reception provided us with a map and took the time to highlight all of the key destinations and the travel time to each location from the hotel. Overall a very pleasant and peaceful stay, good value for money and ideal for a city break. Thank you

Great Stay with Helpful Hosts and Delicious Breakfast

Pros: The location was excellent, very close to bus stops and restaurants. The managers were also extremely kind and helpful. We had a few small issues at the beginning, but they did everything they could to assist us. The included breakfast was great, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage for several hours after check-out.
