Pros: We were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the location is very convenient, a great base for exploring Rome. I would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The staff are very nice, considerate and accomodating

Cons: On the first day, the air condition is not working however they tried their best to fix everything for us, overall the staff are very nice.

great staff, good location

Pros: The room is very nice, easy to find, the receiptionist lady was super kind. We only stay one night, great location. Not particularly the city center but you can see another part of the city, walking you are in di Trevi cca 10 min or there is metro nearby. We have visited Theatro di Opera. Nice clean rooms.

Cons: the bathroom was a bit outdated, but you can survive, everything else was good

Comfortable and well-located stay that offered great value.

Pros: We had a great stay! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The only downsides were the very small lift, which made getting up and down with luggage a bit tricky, and some construction work happening on the ground floor. Despite that, we’d happily stay here again.

Nice room, good location.

Pros: Room quite small but ok for 3 days, handy fridge in room, on edge of main tourist area so a little quieter but good location for walking to sites and train station, small supermarket nearby and many restaurants. Very clean.

Pros: Nice location, comfy beds, good value for the money.

Cons: Bathroom was a little bit old not as clean as it should be (nothing remarkable). We had a misunderstanding with paying the tourist rate but was solved quickly.
