Pros: Helpful reception, everything was clearly explained and offered all assistance to grt around Rome.

Cons: Not enough time spent in the hotel.

Nice stay in Rome

Pros: A very nice stay. Big room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Welcoming and helpful personnel especially Mrs. Aurelia.

Cons: We had the room after 15h00 which was a little bit annoying.

Really nice place with helpful staff

Pros: Quiet location. Friendly staff. Proper restaurant with western style buffet and 24 hr reception. Secure baggage storage room.

Cons: I loved the hotel but just a minor suggestion. For a four star hotel the paper cups in the room for tea and coffee look cheap and nasty. Also a little dangerous. It didn’t affect my overall excellent rating and I would stay at the hotel again.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable hotel with very helpful staff.

Pros: Very good breakfast with vast choice of hot foods, cereals, pastry, fruit etc. We enjoy a hotel in a quiet street and not too far away from the centre. This hotel fulfilled our expectations. Also it was close to a metro station.

Cons: Kettle in room, difficult to plug in wall socket! Otherwise all ok.

Pros: Friendly staff, have to mention receptionist Aurelia, she was always smiling and helped us to purchase tickets to Vatican museums. Breakfast was very good, I hope we are coming back soon.

Pros: We have been here several times with our family. Perfect location, incredible staff. Great to stay with our kids right beside pizza, pasta and a short walk to the centre.

Great location & clean tidy hotel

Pros: Good location, clean and tidy, good size rooms, bathroom was lovely, great shower & bath, really liked the courtyard, amazing ambiance in the evening, great place to chill after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were amazing, so friendly & helpful, we would definitely recommend and stay there again.
