Great location, staff, value and design. Will 100% be back

Pros: Location, facilities, breakfast area and the design. Felt luxurious and convenient at the same time.

Cons: Mini bar could be better, our room didnt have a balcony and I tried to upgrade but wasnt allowed would have been nice to be able to pay more for more.

Magical Rome and magical rooms, perfectly in tune with this beautiful city that has captured my heart.

Pros: I really liked the wonderful breakfast staff, especially John and Manuela (or Emanuela), I’m not sure. Whenever there were small issues in the room, everything was quickly resolved. The rooms are beautiful, like a museum. It’s true that the hotel is older and could use a refresh, but considering that in Rome you mostly spend time outside, it was perfect for what I needed. I will definitely return.

Cons: The soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear everything from room to room; and in the morning it’s hard to sleep in because guests slam doors. We live in a world where people don’t really think about others…

Place in Rome just like home

Pros: A wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. Highly professional approach. Very good location, closed to most of historical places and shopping streets. Thank you for the beautiful memories to all the team. We will be back.

Pros: The room was great the facility was very clean and it was near or one ride away from all tourist attractions.

Pros: With the exception of the scrambled egg it was good. You should perhaps consider improving the quality of the scrambled egg or offer boiled eggs for free

Cons: Scrambled eggs paying extra for boiled eggs and omlettes Paying extra for spa - very very expensive

Pros: Good location and staff. Old hotel but in good condition. Very good breakfast.

Cons: I believe that hotels in that level should have an espresso machine in the room.

Would happily recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent offering an extremely wide variety of choices - hot, cold, sweet, savoury - all delicious. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and helpful. The room was spotless and luxurious with nice attention to detail and some complimentary extras. The location was perfect for the train station (17 mins walk) and everything you might want to visit. We booked the Spa in advance which was really special after visiting all the Roman baths, actually experiencing one ourselves (albeit a modern hydromassage version!). It was well worth the supplement because you get the spa all to yourself for 2 hours. We had a great night at the 'Pizza Party' on the roof terrace which turned into a karaoke night for the guests.

Cons: The coffee at breakfast was not great. For a 4 star hotel they should invest in a coffee machine offering different kinds of GOOD coffee! (also the sauna was out of service in the Spa which was a shame but we used the steam room instead)

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk or cheap transport costs to most places we wanted to see

Pros: Everything about the hotel and the staff was fabulous, the team couldn't have been more helpful.
