Lovely place in Rome. Should be a 10, but ....
Pros: Great place near US embassy. Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Simple but nice breakfast. Should be a 10, but poor room maintenance in our room let it down.
Cons: Our room had poor maintenance. (Door scraped along floor making difficult to open. Hot water just hot enough to have a shower. Mosaic around basin broken. Leaky flush. Towel radiator rusty. Cabinet doors felt wonky.) Small things let it down.

Amazing
Pros: The property is located around 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a short walk from the Spanish steps. The room was lovely with a really comfy bed. The free breakfast with the stay is a nice touch. The staff were amazing! They took time to show us the best locations in the city and the easiest ways to travel around without spending too much money. They also were always friendly and happy to speak whenever we saw them.
Cons: The hotel was hard to find because there was no advertisement of the hotel. It was within an apartment block. However, after first finding it, there was no problems.

We absolutely loved this place and the surrounding areas, well located, with a sense of security.
Pros: Breakfast was simple but sufficient, helpful and polite staff, small breakfast area yet warm and cosy. The location was ideal, within walking distance from several means of trasportation, as well as some of the city's sights and monuments.

Everyone were keen to help us, in whatever we needed!
Pros: Breakfast was very nice. I had the best cappuccino ever, in Italy. Very tasty breakfast, with enough choices.
Cons: I am a celiac, and I had informed the hotel about it. The first morning I had breakfast, I was offered biscuits with honey, very tasty indeed, but there was no bread. There was bread the second morning, though. Unfortunately, there weren't many food tongs; as a matter of fact, there was only one. Therefore, one could use only this pair, either for bread, or cheese, or ham, or whatever one might like to have from the buffet.

The perfect boutique hotel for a magical Roman holiday
Pros: I cannot thank the staff at Roma Boutique Hotel enough for making my 2-week stay so memorable. I was travelling to Roma by myself to celebrate my birthday and I felt really well cared for. The hotel is absolutely beautiful- it's in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood, right next to a wonderful supermarket and close to a Metro train station. I always felt safe and the room was incredibly comfortable- especially the bed and pillows (which is telling because as I'm quite fussy). The view from my balcony was magical. Breakfast was surprisingly good- the coffee was fantastic too. I'm reluctant to rave too much about this hotel because I don't want to compromise its availability next time I want to book- I will never need to find another hotel in Roma, this for me is perfection.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to run the shower for 5 minutes before the water would turn from luke warm to hot. This happened every single time but once I learned that, I just factored that into my showering time.

Pros: Room was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and it was in a good location for Villa Borghese. Nice shop a few meters away.
Cons: Beds and pillows are memory foam.

Cons: No facial tissues in bathroom.
