Pros: Great location we walked to all the major attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Lots of restaurants nearby. They have a lovely garden where you can have breakfast or an afternoon refreshment. Highly recommend.

Cons: The bed was a little hard but other than that perfect.

Excellent location, friendly hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel, large rooms, good clean bathrooms, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, fresh produce and a choice of cooked and cold. All staff are kind and go out of their way to help. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: From March 18 to 25, my sister and I stayed at this hotel. It’s a small, cozy place—very clean, with a delicious and filling breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The staff were truly wonderful—always trying their best to help with anything we needed. If something was missing in the room, they immediately brought it, always with a kind apology. Out of the attentive and caring team, we’d especially like to thank Simone at the reception and Nadya, who took care of breakfast. Nadya even remembered how we liked our coffee and when we usually had it. Since we were leaving very early, they arranged a taxi for us and even prepared breakfast boxes to take with us. Cons: Really struggling to think of something. The lift was particularly slow (but I mainly used the steps) but I think that might be a Rome thing. Noticed slow lifts in other places.

Great hotel and staff

Pros: Great hotel, lovely staff and helpful staff, especially Simone! Good breakfast, with good selection of food. Hotel located quite close to central attractions and several bus stations. Would definitely book again!

Cons: Really the only thing that bothered us was the stairs from street level to the reception. Having a stroller made us drag it up the stairs. Inside the hotel there are two elevators, so that was okay.

As expected with the added bonus of great front desk staff.

Pros: Reception staff were some of the best we have met in Italy and we have spent quite few years here by now. Decent sized room. Decor is of course old but we knew that and that is no issue.

Cons: Cleaning lady was rude(we asked for late checkout and she knocked on the door 10mins before the asked extended time and pointed at her watch and being grumpy. We literally just came from our wedding and wanted to sleep in to recover a bit. Not very sound proof, cleaning lady starts shouting outside and slamming doors at 08.00 so hard to sleep in regardless.
