I would definitely recommend and return

Pros: No matter where you are in the hotel, the staff are polite and friendly. The hotel has it all, good location for walking to most attractions, excellent Spa, beautiful food at the restaurant.

Cons: All was perfect…. The only thing would be to have one light in the bedroom which could be dimmed.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and excellent staff

Pros: Great location with easy accessibility to all that Rome offers, staff were excellent, very attentive and always willing to help. We had booked into a junior suite for our stay, but were upgraded to the “Dolce Vita” suite upon arrival. Lovely room with all the luxury touches you would expect. A truly wonderful hotel which I’d have no hesitation in booking again or recommending.

Cons: If I am being picky, the furniture in the lounge of our suite were uncomfortable

Excellent choice for our family stay!

Pros: The staff was very professional and friendly, they went the extra mile more than once, the location is unique and safe, the hotel is decorated beautifully, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent.

Pros: Staff is very effective and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Location very good, close to Spanish steps. Building is old, but well furnished and perfectly maintained. Overall it’s worth of money it costs

Pros: Wonderful place with outstanding service, superb staff, delicious breakfast. We were welcomed by the host 5 min before it struck midnight and we managed to enter the room right when the New Year fireworks burst out! Amazing view from the balcony! Special experience. Many thanks to the hotel for meeting our request for the room. We definitely recommend the place

Very welcoming, good accomodation

Pros: Welcoming staff, whenever I arrive my hotel room I found little complimentary things such as chocolate and cookies, very well cleaned and perfect location.

Cons: The only two things I didn’t like that one time unfortunately the housecleaning lady didn’t empty toilet bin and when we make the check-in we learnt that they upgrade our rooms but my room hasn’t been upgraded. But these are OK, when I go to Rome I prefer this hotel again.

Pros: The staff, from reception to concierge to porters to waiters at breakfast get 10 out of 10

Cons: The only thing that annoyed us are three shower taps which, without instructions as they were, each tone you take a shower one risked either freezing water or being scalded by hot water. Just impossible to grapple the mechanism involved
