A cosy, well-located apartment with an outstandingly thoughtful host.
Pros: The best part about living in an apartment with a kitchen is that we could pick up the amazing supermarket produce and put together a meal. There are restaurants around and the Quinitliani metro station is around a 7 minute walk away. The property was VERY VERY clean. The host went out of her way to even offer her husband and son to pick us up from the station since we got in late since our taxi cancelled on us. Since we landed on Christmas Day when everything is shut, she even bought bread and eggs so we had something to eat the next morning. We were there Dec 25-Jan 4.
Cons: We are not accustomed to the cold, especially as we were travelling from India. As per the apartment rules, the radiator/heater turns off at 11:00 pm or so and it did get quite chilly after that. We were able to manage by using the AC in the living room and turning on the heating, which helped. It would have been more comfortable if the bedroom had an AC/heating option as well.

Pros: Appartment was amazing, great location for ease of access into Rome on Metro. Modern place with everything you need for a great stay..great food very close by..host was extremely helpful with information..all round great experience for family of 4

Pros: Great that it was so close to a large station as there is a direct train from the airport. The apartment was really nice and the host was supportive and attentive. Theres also a few restaurants within a 5 minute radius which was great for dinner.
Cons: The neighbourhood is a bit known for being a little sketchy but we didn't have any problems.

Pros: 💙 - The apartment is very nice, cozy, and clean. There's everything that will make your stay pleasant! I enjoyed the balcony very much, especially in the evening 💚 There's pizzeria near by, and very Gourmet Patisserie (Pastry Bar) called MONACO. 💛 Tiburtina Rail Station is only 10 mins to walk where you can also take the bus nr 62 which will bring you to piazza Navona and up to Vaticano, you will also pass by the fountan di Trevi. ❤ The host is very nice, she was always available and in touch with me!! 💚 I would prefer to book the same apartment for my next trip to Rome since consider that location is very comfortable, at least for me!

Pros: Very clean appartment. The contact with the owner was very good. The appartment is well located . A 10 minute walk to the Tiburtina station, where you can take busses, trains and the metro. Higly recommended.

I recommend it to everyone.
Pros: Excellent apartment. Very clean, tidy and identical to the pictures. The host is very kind and helpful and responds extremely quickly to inquiries. In the apartment we were provided with coffee and tea for all days of our stay, as well as milk and water in the fridge. Highly recommended if you want a nice and pleasant stay in Rome.
Cons: I have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in Rome! The place was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, always available and quick to help with any questions or issues that came up. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony — it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the evening, especially in warm weather. The only thing we missed was a frying pan in the kitchen, which would have made cooking a bit easier, but overall, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities in a great neighbourhood with good transport links and a very attentive host.
Pros: We loved everything about this apartment - super clean, really well equipped, and located in a great neighbourhood with ample transport links across the city. The host is extremely attentive and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. He also arranged an airport transfer on our departure which we really appreciated. It was a very, very good choice and we would certainly stay here again.

Pros: The apartment we rented is incredible 😍 It is clean, spacious, well-maintained and located not far from the metro (15 minutes walk), there is a cafe nearby where you can eat delicious pizza and drink Aperol 🍹 I would like to add something about the owner of the property. Alex is an incredible person 🥰 He greeted us kindly, showed us everything, told us everything, answered all our questions, and also shared the locations of shops, cafes and tobacco shops (you can buy a travel pass there), he was always in touch. Thank you very much, Alex, for everything 🥰 If I ever come to Rome again, I will only come to you 💕
Cons: there is no board for cutting bread 😁
