Great location perfect for a few days stay

Pros: Location great, only a 5 minute walk to the metro, apartment a good size for the 5 of us, nice and clean with comfortable beds

Cons: Bigger lift! It only held 4 people so always had to wait for second lift! But nothing the host needed to change, everything was good with the apartment

Квартира оставила хорошие впечатления. Но мы попали на забастовку, отпуск был испорчен

Pros: С ключами в принципе проблем не было, инструкции были понятны. Единственное, было бы легче, если бы коммуникация проходила на английском, а не итальянском. Хозяйка очень вежливая, комнаты чистые, ухоженные, всё со вкусом. Постель, ванные принадлежности- всё чистое. Есть стиральная машина, холодильник, электроплита, посуда, приправы, кофе. Завтрака не было.

Cons: В названии указана станция метро Тибуртина. Но аппартаменты достаточно далеко от метро. Даже со следующей станции легче добраться, чем со станции Тибуртина. Мы рассчитывали, что будем жить в шаговой доступности от метро либо от автобусной остановки. Но реальность не оправдала ожидания.

Molto soddisfatta

Pros: La struttura era molto accogliente, fornita del necessario. Le camere erano piuttosto spaziose, ci si poteva muovere bene anche con le valigie in mezzo; i letti erano molto comodi. E' stato molto piacevole.

Cons: Si era rotta la macchinetta del caffè, ma non era così rilevante. Si sentivano dei botti continui da fuori durante la notte, sicuramente perché erano i giorni intorno a Capodanno, però è un problema che non riguarda i proprietari perché d'altronde non potevano farci nulla.

Oltre all'appartamento, anche il quartiere è stata una sorpresa con ottimi ristoranti romani e bar.

Pros: L'appartamento davvero grazioso e ben organizzato, proprietari super cordiali e disponibili e servizi in prossimità dell'appartamento davvero comodi.

Cons: Unica pecca è il percorso appartamento - stazione metro Quintiliani, non consigliata per una ragazza da sola la tarda sera: niente a che vedere con l'appartamento o il quartiere stesso :)
