Pros: The location, the host and the cleanliness of the accommodation are really good.

Cons: The room is small, but I wouldn't call that a bad thing. The only thing that could be worked on is the bathroom door which doesn't work very well.

Pros: The staff were lovely and allowed me to check in even earlier than the specified check in time which I really appreciated after travelling 24 hours.

good for 1 night

Pros: I stayed at Les Artes for one night it was okay for a short stay. The room was quite small, but the location is great, close to some nice restaurants and a bakery. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep and want to explore the neighborhood.

Cons: There was no window in my room.

Very convenient for early flight

Pros: Very convenient location just 10min of walking from Rome Termini station, so convenient for early flights. There are places to eat which work very late. There’s a coffee machine in the common space. The host is very caring and responsive. Compared how I got frozen in Spoleto, here was quite warm in the apartment. The hotel is an apartment where each room is for different guests, with own little shower and a toilet. Second floor, so if you have heavy suitcases, think of it.

Cons: The walls once were white but now have spots or dirty drops, etc. better not to look up at the walls😅

Pros: The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, and the metro station is very close. There are many great spots nearby with delicious food. It can get a bit noisy in the morning due to garbage collection, but overall the area is very convenient.

Cons: The accommodation is quite small and slippers were missing.

Relaxing Weeeknd

Pros: Location - Close to Roma Termini. Easily accessible. Close by Restaurants and Cafes Massimiliano the owner is very friendly.

Pros: The ladies were very nica and the place was clean and comfortable. Location is top!

Good for a base

Pros: Location is very good, easy access to everywhere. The neighbourhood's security is acceptable, The contact person is available. We couldn't get into the appartment one evening and she picked up the phone immediately and helped us.

Cons: It is not a problem, I am just writing it down because it was not clear to us before: this is an appartment in a condo, and the accomodation is one of the room of this appartment, with other 3 accomodations. I think this offers extra sense of security, but it could be a little noisy. More cleaning and painting would be needed.

Pros: We have enjoyed our stay so much! The room and the bathroom was clean, also equipped with toiletries. We liked the location, having hotel close to Termini was really helpful. Also, the owner was super caring!

Cons: Nothing to complain about.
