Pros: Central Location next to the main Station. It was clean, sheets and towels immaculate. The owner was friendly and efficient, however she did speak only Italian.

Cons: It was a bit outdated but for a night close to the station absolutely acceptable.

Great location, simple but well-equipped appartment. Excellent for a short stay in Rome.

Pros: Great location, close to the Termini station. It's an old building, but the appartment is well equipped, the owner is a very friendly lady that makes all the effort to help even without speaking English.

Affordable, comfortable and close to the Roma Train Termini.

Pros: So very close to the Roma train termini. Fridge and comfortable bed. Lift.

Cons: Could be cold in winter accessing the ensuite on the verandah.

Perfect for what you need in a central location

Pros: Lucia was a wonderful host. We were there for 1 night and everything was perfect, functional, comfortable, spacious enough to relax.

Cons: We arrived at 9.45pm and checking in was a bit confusing as we had no instructions prior. We called the number from booking.com and Lucia spoke on the phone and came down to greet us.

Great value.

Pros: Lucia, the host, was great. She was very attentive and always made sure our rooms had clean sheets and towels every day, which isn't a guarantee for an air bnb. Location was perfect next to Termini station to help get about. It was also walking distance to most places if preferred. The room was on the third floor so although a central location it was nicely tucked away from any noise. Room was great value for money. Spacious and clean. Mini fridge and kettle were useful. Air con worked well.

Cons: Only couple things to improve on. One was the cost per day to use air con seemed excessive. Second thing was early on in the mornings (around 8.30/9.00am) you could clearly hear Lucia and the cleaners speaking down the corridor which was a bit noisy for that time of day on holiday!

Pros: Great location .great room .liked it. Paying 5 euros extra for aircon a day abit much.

Cons: All in all good place .

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Great location just minutes from the train station. Host doesn't speak English but we got by and she was so helpful. Thank you

It made my stay in Rome really easy.

Pros: It’s very central, close to both the central bus and train stations. There are lots of little cafes close by to have breakfast, and the accommodation itself while old-fashioned was perfectly adequate and comfortable. And Lucia was very helpful.

Pros: Cute little apartment right next to Roma Termini. We stayed for one night and catching an early train. It works perfectly for us.

Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Connected

Pros: The property is located close to both the train station and the metro, which made transportation very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lady in charge of the place was kind and helpful. Overall, it was definitely a great value for money
