House Fenicia

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the train and metro station. There are a lot of restaurants, cafés and 2 bigger supermarkets nearby. The majority of the attractions are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is ok, we felt safe even when walking at night. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. The staff provided us with water, which was nice. Overall, I'd say it was good value for money and we'd come back if we visited Rome again.

Cons: The drain wasn't working properly and it would be useful to have a shelf in the bathroom.

Pros: room offered everything i needed, i worked during my stay there, so i spent a lot of time in the room, the network was good, the tv was good, the fact that they offered free water bottles was great ac was great as well

Cons: the shower and toilet could be better, toilet had this problem that water could take over ten minues until it stop pouring when you flush, that just wasteful... the shower was a bit clogged so basically i showered in a small pool

Pros: The staff were outstanding - so kind and helpful and accommodating. They should be congratulated for such an amazing excellent job. It was excellent value for money.

Good value, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Very convenient location, near main station. Good restaurants nearby. We were on 4th floor where the room was quiet and comfortable. Bathroom small but functional. It had everything we needed and enabled us to make the most of short stay in Rome.

Pros: Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo! Camera pulita, grande, a due passi da Termini. Personale gentilissimo che ha anche cambiato (senza costi) la data della mia prenotazione dopo che mi sono accorto di un errore. Consigliato!

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. El precio correspondía al servicio. Es una buena opción.

Pros: Camera molto ampia e pulita. La struttura ha una posizione centrale a tutti i servizi, dista pochissimo dalla stazione di Roma Termini. Ottimo prezzo.

Cons: L’ascensore è un po’ stretto essendo stato aggiunto in un secondo momento rispetto alla costruzione dello stabile.

Termini

Pros: El hotel está muy bien para su precio, está ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica ya que tienes la estación de termini a solo 3 minutos caminando.

Cons: Solo me puedo quejar de los baños, a pesar de estar limpios tienen un aspecto regular.

Gran alojamiento al lado de termini

Pros: Estaba al lado de termini y te dejaban guardar las maletas , personal muy amable

Cons: Faltó un poco más de limpieza en el baño

Pros: La ubicación, y que nos dejaron dejar el equipaje al siguiente dia después del check-out,. Es prácticamente independiente la entrada y salida pues después del check-in te dan tus llaves y vas a tu gusto. Las camas bien, limpias y cómodas, igual que las almohadas, cambio de toallas cada día.

Cons: La ducha apenas caía el agua y se estancaba el desagüe, y la placa para hacer la descarga del váter tampoco funcionaba y tenia poca presión.
