Pros: It was perfect, and much better than expected! Need better photo! The current one is not good enough to show it's condition!

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was super. We booked at the last minute because another stay had cancelled our room on short notice, god value for money.

Cons: The breakfast isn’t all that, but we didn’t mind.

Pros: I stayed one night at Caroline Suite and had a lovely experience. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city, including the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The staff were truly lovely and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità!

Pros: Perfect location, clean and comfortable place to stay for a family or couple. Friendly and helpful staff, they speak English well. Would recommend 100%!

Amazing location and beautiful room

Pros: Amazing location, a stones throw from the big station in Rome ‘Termini’ which is ideal to get anywhere. The staff were brilliant and accommodating- specifically Aurora. The room itself was just beautiful. They added some beautiful decorations for us as it was a special occasion

Cons: There wasn’t an iron at the hotel even at reception so bring your own. Also as the room is very large and has tiled/ marbled flooring it got cold in the evenings and nights and was hard to warm up. Bring slippers or a gown as the floor is freezing (we went in February)

Pros: Nice room and comfortable bed. Located near the train station.

Pros: When I first arrived I was unsure as the location is really dodgy. I chose this hotel as I needed to take a train early in the morning. I would not usually stay in the Termini area. Saying that when I walked into the actual property it was a world apart from what was going on outside. I was really impressed. It was clean, airconditioned, beautiful inside - I was so relieved. Once in my room (single room), I was impressed that the bed was a double (even in the small space) and the shower was great! It was clean and spacious. The check-in process was seamless.

Cons: I didn't have the full breakfast as I was on the go, but had a cafe and cake. I was a little dissapointed that the cake was a little stale BUT that could've been a once off. The rest of the breakfast (for 5 EUROS) looked pretty good and great value for money.

Good Choice For A Hotel Near Termini..

Pros: Large airconditioned rooms, spacious bathroom, fast WiFi, a stone throw away from Roma Termi for quick access to all parts of Rome and beyond. Countless eateries, pizza/pasta parlours, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, flea markets, HopOn/HopOff and Airport Bus Shuttle stop nearby, pharmacy, etc. The Reception is prompt and friendly, while the room is always kept tidy by the chambermaid. A good choice for those wanting to stay near Roma Termini. 👍👍👍

Cons: Location being next to the central train station is messy, with a number of homeless or drunkards lying along the stretch of walls of the station, but they're harmless. The area, though not the finest is relatively safe as there are always people walking around all hours of the day and night, catching their train, buses or Metro. Just be alert when moving around, keep your purse close to you, never let it go unattended.. However, pickpockets are everywhere even in a small, rich and safe country like ours, Austria...
