Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Situated in close proximity to Termini Station, small fridge, glasses, cups, electric kettle (also tea bags, packaged coffee, sugar), toileteries available. Not overly noisy place, easy to use (no keys) access system. Just note that the room is on the third floor without an elevator, which was not a problem for us, might be challengin when traveling with big luggage. The building itself felt well kept and clean. There were some questionable individuals in the street, but I feel it's just because of the proximity of the main train station, that draws these people in in most major cities. No one bothered us though.

Cons: Perhaps just more thorough cleaning in the room, but it's more about our personal preference :) The room was perfectly fine to use. (We sent specific comments directly to the owner.)

good location and nice rooms

Pros: Great location. The host is very quick to answer and helpful, rooms are simple but clean and nice. Complimentary refreshments. Modern and nice bathrooms. You need to use your smartphone + webapp as the key to enter the building and the flat (no physical keys provided) so keep it charged when going to stay here.

Pros: The booking was for my parents, so I really appreciated that the host responded both to them and to me and overall the communication was great. The host even allowed them to check-out a bit later as they had a train in a couple of hours after the initial check-out time.

Very handy for Termini, clean and functional for a short stay.

Pros: Very handy location for the train station, easy check in with automated door opening using link on the phone. Room very clean and felt new, nice touch having some complimentary drinks and snacks.

Cons: The stairs are a bit demanding with luggage, but this is advertised. It would be good to have another pillow.

Pros: It’s close to Roma termini, 30 minutes walk to the coloseeum. Easy access to different restaurants. The room is on the third floor, preferable if you don’t have many luggages as there is no elevator. It’s quite an exercise :) The room is very comfortable. Suitable for a couple.

Pros: Nice location. Near the main station in Rome but a bit far from those famous spot. But with metro or walk half of an hour you can nearly reach every must-visit location in Rome. Really helpful and friendly host!!

Modern, bright, clean - fantastic!

Pros: I've never stayed at such a clean and modern location in Rome. Everything was fantastic including the attentiveness of the staff. Thank you!

Cons: No elevator

Pros: Comfort new room with soft bed and modern bathroom. Minibar in the room. Fast check-in to the apartment

Cons: Big noice from the street during the night.

Pros: The room was clean, it is located just a couple of minutes away from the train station which was great because we arrived by train late in the evening. We also appreciated that we were able to do the check-in online. Overall it exceeded our expectations, good value for money.

Cons: We loved our room and we're not light sleepers, so this is just a warning for anyone that might be. Because of its location you can hear the noise from the street all night.

Pros: Giulio was a great host, very kind and willing to help us. The room is exactly what the pictures showed. And I think this is important. Not always we find places as they previoulsy showed to us. Very clean. bottles inside fridge included in fees. Big room. Modern bathroom.

Cons: I mean, just consider maybe you´ll need to go up to the third floor by stairs. But this was something previously said by giulio.
