Convenient location and early check in available

Pros: Lovely owner/host who speaks multiple languages, very accommodating, free language storage and super early check in which was a massive advantage after arriving in Rome early. Location also great right by the train station

Cons: Bathroom needs an upgrade and more attention should be paid to cleaning & dusting.

Amazing and am going back again

Pros: Amazingly central to termini station easy to get to from Rome flumecino airport by train and amazing to get to trevi fountain the zoo and other amazing landmarks

Nice and clean room to stay for one person

Pros: The room is really cloose to the train station, and it has nice food surround. The room is small but really comfortable, and super cute. Recommend if you are one person. It has everything you need inside the room.

Pros: The reception staff when we came is very friendly and accommodating, the night staff Lyn is very nice and helpful as well. The location is very good, close to grocery, laundry, restaurants and most importantly a 4 minute walk to train station as we have to leave early at 0530am to venice.

Cons: We were move to a smaller room due to works being done to the family room but no complaints there as we were given a discount for our whole stay and aircon is very good, they as well move us to a bigger room as we are a family of 5. The facility is on the older side but it was good for a 2 night stay.

Had a great stay

Pros: The place was dust free and clean. It was a sign that it is maintained well. Also it is located in the right spot. Easy to commute and everything needed was easily available in the vicinity. We had a superb stay. Thanks a lot .

Cons: Hot water wasn't available in the mornings but was in the evening.

Short stay excellent location

Pros: Cheap and Cheerful. You get what you pay for here. 2/3 Beds in rooms enough for big groups. TV/shower/towels all provided. Air con and fan in room. Early check in is a major plus as we had an early flight

Cons: On the Fourth floor but wasn’t a problem for our group. Do not expect a 5 star!

Great find in excellent location

Pros: The property is old, and there is a lot of beds crammed into each room but as a gang of 7 we fit comfortably in a triple and quintuple. It’s difficult to find on arrival but once we got specific directions to floor 4 of the building we were easily located. The location is excellent. A 2 minute walk from termino station and bus stop. Staff were so lovely each day and response time is quick. WiFi excellent. Enough towels for people in room. Soap at sinks. Shower had great temperature and pressure.

Cons: The property is old, the rooms old fashioned. Not a luxury hotel but worked perfect for 3 adults and 4 children to rest our heads. On 4 th floor with no lift so not for the faint hearted. You get what you pay for !
