Great location for Termini. Clean and cool

Pros: Excellent location. Very quiet with plenty of room for just the two of us for the one night in Rome. Lovely and cool.

Cons: Lift out of order so had to carry cases up three flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but maybe bear in mind

Lovely hotel and location

Pros: Room was nice and spacious. The location was perfect, literally a minute away from the train and bus station. We took the bus to Rome sights that we wanted to visit.

Cons: We checked in at 2am but couldn’t find the secondary location stated in their message. It was raining and were stranded for a bit outside the hotel location. Maybe a better direction with map for late check ins? We had small children and a local man let us into the hotel lobby. The people in this area are so friendly. Once we found the check in room place we were ok. It isn’t a negative comment on the hotel, just a recommendation for future customers to make their journey smooth.

Pros: Perfect location, next to Termini - the main train station in Rome, metro station and bus terminal.. The neighbourhood has many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was done at Agora Hotel, very close, and the sir working as receptionist was very kind.

Great. Enough for a visit of 3-4 days like ours

Pros: Very close to everything, central. Very easy to get to different sightseeing. Enough different restaurants to choose from

A very decent room with a good location - close to the subway and bus station.

Pros: Nice and fast service, the room was large and neat - cleaned daily. The room had comfortable beds (we got 3 more than we ordered), a small fridge and air conditioning. In the bathroom we got free shampoo and soap. Towels were changed daily.

Cons: No tea and coffee in the room - it would have been nice to receive at least some. Water in the shower drained slowly. I would love to have one more shelf in the bathroom.
