Pros: The owner, Andrea (male), was incredibly helpful and always available. He replied to our questions on WhatsApp within minutes, even before our trip. He also sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation from the airport. He felt like a friend you can rely on in a city that was new to us, which is the main reason I would highly recommend this place.

Comfortable place to stay

Pros: Spacious apartment suitable for a family. Well equiped kitchen and bathroom. Netflix available:) Very close to metro station, good connection by public transport. Supermarket 24/7 just across the street. Helpful and caring host.

Cons: The only thing we missed was dishwashing liquid in otherwise well equiped apartment:)

An excellent stay in Rome!

Pros: Andrea was an excellent host. He helped us parking the car just in front of the apartment. Everything was clean and comfy. Also, there is an underground station and a supermarket right next to the apartment. Overall, this experience was unbeatable!

Pros: I have traveled a lot but this apartment was really exceptional choice. We were in constant contact with the owner during our arrival and stay, he was kind and helpful. The apartment is clean, with a pleasant smell and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is great, just a step away from the apartment is the metro which meant a lot to us for easier movement around the city. You definitely won't go wrong if you choose it.

Pros: The apartment is big, spacious and very clean, which made us feel very comfortable. It's right next to the metro station, from where you can get to all the main attractions in a few minutes, which is very convenient. There's also a supermarket nearby that's open 24/7, even on New Year's Eve! Very good communication with the owner, he allowed us to leave our luggage because we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, which made it much easier for us to start our adventure in Rome without having to move around the city with suitcases and backpacks. This place is definitely worth recommending!

Pros: Schon vor der Ankunft sind wir freundlich per Message begrüßt worden. Wir sind vor dem Haus sehr freundlich, kompetent und höflich empfangen worden. Alles wurde uns oerfekt gezeigt und es gab auch Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Wir konnten während der 4 Tage jederzeit alles fragen und bekamen sofort Antwort. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und auch das Treppenhaus ist sauber und hell. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und tiptop sauber. Die Metro liegt direkt vor der Türe und der Supermarkt liegt auf der anderen Seite der großen Straße. Eine wunderbare Bäckerei mit vielfältigsten Brotauswahl am Morgen und Pizza usw am Abend ist schräg gegenüber in \

Pros: Хозяин квартиры встретил нас у входа. Господин Андреа — очень гостеприимный человек. Он сам провел нас до квартиры и все подробно объяснил. Нас в квартире угостили кофе, чаем и разнообразными сладостями. За все наши многочисленные путешествия мы никогда не встречали такого хозяина квартиры. Он был всегда на связи с нами. Квартира была идеально чистой и имела все необходимое для приятного проживания. Мы обязательно выберем эти апартаменты, когда в следующий раз поедем в Рим. Я и моя семья чувствовали себя как дома. Дети тоже были в восторге. Если бы я мог, я бы оценил его на 11 баллов. Спасибо большое, Андреа, за это.

Pros: Apartament godny polecenia, bardzo czysty, przestronny z pełnym wyposażeniem. Obok całodobowy market, restauracje, kawiarnie i stacja metra. Właściciel Andrea to cudowny i bardzo pomocny człowiek, zasługuje na 10 gwiazdek. Zawsze chętnie służy radą i pomocą. Nie można trafić lepiej. Gorąco polecam.
