Very nice
Pros: Sooo Clean rooms, good location. It was so easy to reach anywhere since the central train station is walking distance. We could find bus, train anytime from anywhere.
Cons: Although the location is very central, I may not book it if I was alone. The neighbourhood didn’t seem so safe. Anyway we did not have any issues. Also the cleaning ladies were very kind but a bit loud in the mornings :)

Pros: I like clean room bed also i like and destination near Roma Termine. But i dont like it was very cold in the room wifi dont worked the cup of tea was little bit dirty, and in next door what neighbors did evry night I heard evrything sorry but i was there for relax and not to listen the neighbors shout evry night..also in morning same.. also little bit expensive.. Host very pleasure and nice but i dont liked this things..

Excellent location to have good stay in Rome (near Termini), great staff
Pros: 1. Excellent location - i come back again after one day out of town 2. Very friendly and helpful staff, who come over in 10 minutes for check in as we sent the wrong estimated arrival time - very responsive 3. It’s located in a well maintained apartment with elevator :-) 4. Room is quite big, especially double room i give it 10 due to excellent location and kind staff!

Evergreen is located in excellent location in Rome, warm host which is very helpful and flexible!
Pros: Owner is really helpful and flexible to help us in logistics during the trip! 1. Excellent location, very close to Roma Termini, and one cafe which offers breakfast opens at 06:30am just 1 min away 2. The apartment is well maintained and equipped with the elevator - perfect for travelers with big luggage! 3. Very response: we arrived after staff-on-the-desk time, host is very flexible to wait at our arrival to complete check, and responsive when any questions!

For a one night stay within walking distance of the station it suited my purposes.
Pros: Great location. Nice room equipped with everything but a shower cap.
Cons: Entrance was from a buzzer labelled Evergreen. Once the door opened I had no idea where to go and there was nothing to tell me. There was a flight of stairs to a lift. I took the lift to the second floor and called ‘where is Evergreen’ and someone came out of a door and said Evergreen was on level 3. Laura, the owner, who was lovely, told me that the booking reservation said take the elevator to the 3rd floor. When I checked my reservation, I found no mention of that. The other problem for me was a flight of stairs to the lift and another flight of stairs from the lift to Reception. So I had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs and down 2 flights when leaving. That was difficult for me as a solo woman traveller who is not young.
