Pros: The location is very good, in a safe area. Cleanliness is excellent, and considering that this is Rome, the cost-benefit ratio is very good. The hotel’s location and service are both excellent.

Clean Kind Generous Hospitality

Pros: One of the best part of this place was the hygiene of the rooms and kitchens. Almost everyday they cleaned our room and after a long day in Rome, getting a hot tea from the hotel was quite nice.

Cons: My mom said she heard some sounds from the bathroom but didn’t figured out where it came from. Btw I’m not so sure about near termini area is safe after 9-10.

Pros: Excellent contact with the staff, providing all necessary information. We could leave our luggage there before the check-in time. The room is cleaned every day. All the furniture and the bathroom are pretty dated, but you don't come to Rome to stay in the room for too long, about a 40-minute walk to the Colosseum.

Nice location and clean room

Pros: Great location. Just 5 mins away from Roma Termini train station. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The stuff was very friendly

The guesthouse was comfortable and fit for purposes, everything a tourist needs to have a great trip in Rome.

Pros: Very convenient location - close to the train station, close to tourist locations. Well equipped. They cleaned the room - much appreciated. Staff were super friendly - accommodated our late check in and late check out. They kept our luggage for us after the check out time. Very clean space.

Cons: Staff is only available between set times, so if you need something outside of those times, you have to wait.

Pros: The room was clean and well-maintained, cleaned daily, and provided toiletries and a hairdryer. There was also a communal kitchen. After check-out, guests could leave their luggage at reception and enjoy their day in Rome. A shared bathroom was also available after check-out. The location was excellent, a 3-minute walk from Termini Station, from where they could reach Rome's main attractions in just a few minutes.
