Great stay

Pros: Fantastic location, room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The property owner/manager was available over WhatsApp and made sure we were comfortable. He even accommodated our late checkout request. Thanks Daniele!

Cons: The directions to the property could have been clearer. We went around the entire station block spending 15 mins, where actually its just 3 mins away.

Convenient & comfortable

Pros: A room in a 3rd floor apartment (there is an elevator) close to Termini station. Walking distance to various attractions in Rome, & plenty of eateries in the area.

Cons: It's a shared bathroom, but it didn't prove to be an issue at all. Not cheap at EUR 110 a night, but that's Rome.

Fantastic location, helpful host, clean and well equipped room

Pros: Great location, really appreciated Daniele’s communication and that there were basic amenities such as kettle and crockery.

Cons: The light bleeds through the clear panels on the bedroom door, so if you’re sharing with other guests who leave early it can wake you up, but other was the only small thing.

Pros: Location is great and convenient to travel around the city in Metro or Bus, just within 5 minutes distance to the Roma Termini. Daniele is a great host. My flight was delayed and by the time I reached the facility it was late night. As a female solo traveller was bit worried about the late night walking on the street. But Daniele patiently and constantly was in touch until I could check into the apartment safely. It's a nice cosy apartment and I believe worth for the money considering the great location.
