Amazing and highly recommended!

Pros: Well, we totally enjoyed our stay to Foffo Suites! Emilya was more that perfect! I highly recommend this rooms for your stay....within a walking distance from Termini. Very clean and well equiped room. Emilya also let us to do late check out with no extra charge....Cant wait to come back...

Pros: The room was beautiful, spacious and had everything you may need. Breakfast was nice, with both savoury and sweet options. Good location, close to Termini and only a few stops to access main sights but also can definitely walk to them.

Great location close to Rome Termini

Pros: Conveniently located only 5 min walk from Rome Termini station for an early morning train to the airport. Room was spotlessly clean. Easy access & communication with host excellent. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay.

Pros: Location was great, right next to the train station. Staff was great and it was super clean! Breakfast in the morning was a very lovely bonus. Overall - great:)

Pros: absolutely phenomenal place with a phenomenal people running it. they explained everything perfectly, made us feel super welcome. there were no problems whatsoever and the whole stay was amazing. definitely coming back.

Pros: Firstly , The location was absolutely perfect.(Very close to the main Termini railway station). It was spotless clean. Normal and his family were excellent hosts and very welcoming and friendly. They were very approachable also for any help required. HIGHLY recommended for anyone goin to rome for an excellent place to stay in the city centre.

What truly sets Foffo apart is their obsessive attention to comfort. Every little detail is thought through. They didn’t just ask about my stay—they asked the night before what I’d like for breakfast. I mean, who does that anymore? It’s this level of personalized care that makes you feel like you're being hosted, not just accommodated. Stylish, warm, and thoughtfully designed, this place is for travelers who want more than just a bed to sleep in. It’s a sanctuary tucked into one of the world’s most magical cities. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Foffo Suites is now officially on my must-return list for my next Roman holiday. Bravo! 👏🌟

Cons: The only thing I would note is the lack of a ramp for wheelchairs, which could make access a bit tricky for those with mobility needs. It’s a small fix that would make an already exceptional place even more inclusive.
