Dama Private Rooms

Pros: Location and neighborhood were fine. Restaurants nearby in all price classes. Quiet. I felt safe walking at night. Just far enough from Termini Station.

Cons: The room and bathroom were very cramped, and I am a relatively small person. No form of desk or table. Even a folding table would have helped. Wouldn't recommend for 2 people or for more than a day or two. This could be remedied with a different furniture arrangement and a single bed, but that would raise the price, I'm sure. The current bed would have been too short for my husband.

Perfect stay

Pros: -the location of the apartment was very good, -the service was nice and helpful, -the room was clean -the area around the apartment was quiet at night

If I come back to Rome, I will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends. You can stay here without hesitation.

Pros: The accessibility of the facility, its safety, cleanliness, suitability for families, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the provision of every convenience, the ease of check-in and check-out procedures, and the hotel's well-planned, supportive, and accommodating approach to our stay were very important to us. I would like to thank them and the hotel staff once again.

Excellent stay and attentive staff

Pros: Excellent location in easy walking distance to the train station. The staff were very attentive, we received recommendations of were to eat and even had a check in message half way through the stay asking if everything was okay with the room and facilities. I’ve never had this with any hotel I’ve stayed in so that was lovely.

Pros: While it is near Termini Stazione, the place felt safe. The facilities are great and well kept. The staff provided relevant updates such as transport strikes during my stay and their recommendations are spot on.

Fantastic place to stay in central Rome!

Pros: Exceptional location and service. The staff are always ready to assist tourists who may feel lost in Rome. Their restaurant recommendations are impeccable, and the team is consistently friendly and eager to help. They regularly use WhatsApp to check on the level of satisfaction, and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. Each evening, we found three bottles of water and three packets of instant coffee placed on our desk.

Cons: The lift is rather narrow, though this is typical in central Rome, and stairs are available as an alternative. The streets can be somewhat noisy at night due to the presence of tipsy revellers. These factors are beyond the staff’s control, and overall they are doing an excellent job.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The staff were polite and friendly, and the ventilation and heating worked very well. The location was perfect—close to Termini, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and only about a 30-minute walk to the city center.

Cons: We were disappointed with the blankets. They were very old and worn out, giving the room an uncomfortable, outdated feeling—almost as if they were from wartime. Updating them would greatly improve the guest experience.
