Pros: The property is in an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Termini station. Communication with the property was excellent. Everything was very clean. Regarding breakfast, I think it should be mentioned — as I noticed guests tend to lower their rating because of it — that it is a classic Italian breakfast: a croissant and coffee. Everything would have been excellent if the heating had been adequate. The air conditioning was running all night but did not heat. This was very important to me, and that is why I cannot give it a perfect score.

Me and one friend stayed here as it was close to the main station and it was amazing.

Pros: Super clean and tidy room and common area, aircon worked well and shower pressure was amazing. Loved having a kitchen we were able to use.

Perfect location, kind host, clean room.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the train station, the room was perfect size, but we only used it for sleeping at the end of the day. The host was very kind, answered always almost instantly.

Cons: The bathroom’s shower handel was faulty, it sprayed water everywhere, but it was just a small thing.

Pros: Interior İs renovated so have this clean look and a small but well organized room.

Cons: Our pin code did not work in the first attempt but then we connected by phone and after they emitting 4 different finally 5th worked but considered that we had arrived at 01:00 at night it was frustrating.

Pros: This guesthouse was an absolute gem! The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving and departing, as well as exploring the city. The room itself was modern and spotless. I especially appreciated the updated bathroom – it was clean and spacious. The communication with the host was great. I promptly received details about how to access the room and where to have breakfast. We were able to check in early and on our departure check out late at no extra cost, which was very kind of them. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Rome. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and value. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Unkompliziert im Check In und Check Out. Sehr sauber. Pflegeutensilien vorhanden. Nähe zum Bahnhof und Zentrum. Dusche mit perfektem Wasserstrahl. Gut isoliert. Kein Lärm von außen.

Cons: Die Matratze ist zu weich . Mein Mann hatte massive Rückenschmerzen hierdurch. 6 Stockwerke und enger Aufzug, der nur bis in den 5. Stock fährt.
