Pros: Very good location, 15-20 minutes from most of the landmarks of Rome on foot. Clear room. I also want to thank the staff for their little suprise present on my birthday, as I went to the room and had a wine and a sign of Happy Birthday!

Pros: Very near to Spanish steps and trevi, If you want nice balcony view must choose Exp option

Pros: Amazing hotel — the owners and staff are super kind and provide excellent service. We booked a room with a city-view balcony, which is really important since not all rooms have one, so make sure to double-check your booking. They give you exactly what you ask for. The location is great, near a shopping mall. It’s just a short walk to the Pantheon, and there’s a bus to the Colosseum, which is also very close. Most places are walkable.

Family managed business that care about their guests

Pros: Everything about the place is nice. We arrived early and we were given an early check in. The suites althu situated in the centre of Rome it’s very quiet at night. No breakfast served here but free fresh and good quality coffee is available 24 hrs. Shops restaurants and cafes all within short walking distance.

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome! It's located on one of the most famous streets in the city, which made it easy to find, and the directions we received were clear and helpful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and well air-conditioned, and the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. While the room itself wasn’t very large, it was perfect for our needs as we mostly used it just to sleep. There is also a small shared kitchen available. One big plus was that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out. Most major landmarks, such as the Vatican and the Colosseum, are within a 30-minute walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily on foot. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in a great location.

Cons: The room doesn't have a traditional window, but rather a glass door that opens either partially (tilted) or fully. This might not be ideal for everyone. When we kept it tilted open at night, we could hear the noise from the air conditioning units located in the inner courtyard. Nothing that ruined our stay, but something to keep in mind depending on your preferences.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing service we received from the hotel manager, Ovi. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, always with kindness and a warm smile. His dedication and hospitality made us feel truly welcome and cared for. We’re so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
