Cons: No noise insulation. Sometime it was really difficult to take some rest because of this. Also would like to have some slippers and a robe to be able to go out of shower with more comfort as the floor in the room was really cold. Also the lights are very dim

Great location, literally five steps from Piazza di Spagna

Pros: Location and easy access to city center. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Room was super clean and comfortable. Will be back for sure.

Brilliant location, clean, welcoming and polite staff.

Pros: Fantastic location if you’re there for all the touristy sites, furthest you’ll have to go is a 20 minute drive (assuming you want to do the Vatican). You walk outside and can see the Spanish Steps, plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. Everything was clean and well kept, tv worked perfectly and great wifi connection.

Cons: Sounds of cleaning from the hallway in earlyish hours of the morning, sound from people upstairs ( I understand there’s not much the owner can do about this, but something to consider).
