Pros: The place is an excellent location. Very clean and nice. The host waited gor us and gave all the required information. In the last day we left the luggages other premise of the place very close by) . Shearranged for ataxi to airport in advance. Very nice and helpfull.

Pros: Excellent location, easy check-in/out. Well decorated rooms, spacious and clean. But the best was Marzia who sorted out all our problems immediately means a lot when you’re far from home! Thank you.

Affordable and high quality.

Pros: My friend and I are travelling Europe for 20 days and began our travels in Rome. A perfect location to see all the sites. It was safe, clean and spacious. It’s right next to a carrefour as well as the metro. The host was delightful and took great care of us; meeting us at check in, providing us with breakfast, and ensuring our room was clean. Overall I have nothing to complain about, would recommend.

It felt as if I was living in my own apartment in Rome!

Pros: Lovely thoughtful, artistic interior and spacious. Tea/coffee amenities provided too. Perfect location, music in the evening from local cafes, when windows closed quiet & tranquillo. Marzia the owner is delightful!

Perfect accommodation - just what we wanted.

Pros: The location is fantastic - very close to the Spanish Steps and restaurants literally downstairs, but everything closed at a reasonable time so no loud noise late at night. The room was spacious and really clean, facilities were great. Bed was very comfatable and the bed linen luxurious. Would definately stay again.

Cons: More of an observation than a dislike, and we didn't mention this while we were there as we only saw someone when we arrived, and it wasn't a big deal, although I'm sure if we had mentioned it it would have been sorted - there was a coffee machine in the room but no pods for this, there was, however, a good variety of tea bags on offer.
