Pros: Cecilia i njen suprug su bili jako ljubazni i uvijek na dostupnosti. Sam smještaj je bio i više nego odličan. Blizina metro stanice koja vodi do centra grada je 2 3 minute pješke, s obzirom na dobru javnu povezanosti auto nismo ni koristili. Kvart je jako miran i zgrada tiha. U stanu se nalazi sve što Vam treba za boravak te je ispunio sva naša očekivanja. Najveći plus ide na ogroman balkon. Svakako preporučujemo ovaj smještaj.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz

Pros: Der Balkon ist riesig und es gibt einen Tisch mit Stühlen und eine Couch, perfekt für den Kaffee am Morgen. Die Vermieterin hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob bei uns alles passe. Sie war sehr nett und auch ihr Mann, der uns alles gezeigt hat, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, welcher für alle mit dem Auto Reisenden nützlich ist. Die Lage ist auch super. Die nächste Metro Station, liegt nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Noch näher ist die Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man direkt zum Vatikan fahren kann. Auch andere Orte, wie der Lateran sind von dort aus ohne Umstieg zu erreichen.

Pros: Casa pulita e accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, la signora Cecilia molto disponibile e accogliente, la consiglio vivamente, se dovessi tornare a Roma allogero' sicuramente dalla signora Cecilia.

Cons: Nulla, tutto perfetto.

Pros: Posizione perfetta vicinissima alla metro, parcheggio interno e casa super accogliente! Pulitissima e piena di ogni confort per potersi rilassare all'interno ed in terrazza. Host gentilissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Pros: La casa è molto bella, in un quartiere che dispone sia di bar e ristoranti che di vita notturna. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile

Cons: Il parcheggio all'interno è un po' piccolo, con un auto un po' più grossa avremmo fatto davvero fatica.

Pros: L’appartamento è spazioso e molto luminoso, pulitissimo e ben servito (la metro a 2 min a piedi), infatti è stato comodissimo lasciare la macchina nel box auto fino al nostro rientro a casa. La proprietaria Cecilia molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Il soggiorno qui è stato una chicca in più in questo weekend a Roma. Torneremo sicuramente!
