Pros: Davide is a very nice host, very prompt in replying and offering us a lot of precious information and details about Rome and the neighbourhood. I loved the apartament vibe and all the vintage details, we really enjoyed staying there, it was very familiar and cozy.
Cons: The aspect of the building, it is an old building and needs a renovation of the exterior.

Pros: A very atmospheric place, close to the metro line. The apartment is spacious, warm, equipped with the necessary equipment to prepare basic meals, which was necessary with a small child. I definitely recommend it

Great appartement in beautiful Garbatella
Pros: Lovely apartment situated in the authentic neighbourhood, Garbatella. Close to the metro so the city centre is just a few stops away. However, Garbatella offers everything you need for a pleasant stay without all the tourists.

Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment. Located in an old Italian building, it perfectly captured the charming atmosphere of Rome. The apartment was very nice and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from a restaurant recommended by the host, where I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and pizza. It was also just a few steps from the metro station, making it easy to quickly reach the city center. The host was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: A very pleasant apartment, one might say in a retro style with a charming atmosphere. The apartment is very well connected. We're just a few minutes away from the metro, which allows us to reach the city center very quickly. There are at least 2 large grocery stores and several smaller ones nearby. Additionally, there are a few nice restaurants/bars. The apartment has 3 rooms, a hallway, a bathroom, and a kitchen. There's a large fridge, so if someone likes to eat at home, there's plenty of space to store groceries. The host is very friendly and helpful. This was our second time in Rome, and we will definitely want to rent this apartment again next time.

Excellent, cozy and clean
Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and it met my expectations. The location was perfect, close to a metro station, supermarkets, nice bars around the neighborhood, and more. Additionally, it was close to travel by metro to the main attractions in Rome. The kitchen was fully equiped and very usefull. The rooms were big enough for 5 people. We arrived when it was quiet cold in Rome in the morning but the apartment is warm enough by using the thermostat. To summarize it, we did enjoy to stay at Casa di Amici-Garbatella.
Cons: The water temperature may vary while you take a shower but it wasn't a big problem. It seems to me that it is common to happen in other appartments I've rent in Italy.

Great location with views
Pros: Casa di Amici is an excellent choice for a more affordable and \
Cons: Apparently, there have been some problems with the water heater and I had the experience of the water radically changing temperature in the shower and while hand washing (no danger of getting burnt but a sudden lack of hot water).

A classical space in an interesting neighborhood
Pros: My two sons and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Amici. Davide was a friendly and helpful host and was right there with the key when we arrived. The apartment itself is charming in a classical way, with gorgeous lofty ceilings and historical details. There were enough rooms for each of us to have our own space. For our needs the location was excellent: a short subway ride from the ancient sights, and it was a relief to be away from the intense tourist activity of the historic center and to experience the life of more ordinary Romans. Great supermarket and shops (butcher pastry) just steps away.
Cons: The kitchen eating area was a little cramped, but one could move into the living room for a larger table.
