Pros: Very close to Colosseo. House was clean and large enough

Cons: It was a bit chilly though I turn on the heater to the maximum level.

Cons: No living room , there is only a dining area. There are only 1 washroom for a 2 room apartment

Great apartment to stay in for a tour of historic Rome.

Pros: Very spacious and clean. The location was very convenient, close to the colosseum, restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to walk to and from the train station and nearby sites and the area felt safe. Air con was very welcome, and the whole stay was all very well organised.

Cons: It was all good.

A fantastic, clean and spacious apartment located near good restaurants, Metro and the Colliseum.

Pros: The apartment was extremely spacious with beautiful high ceilings and plenty of storage space. The apartment was very clean and our host was great with responding to any queries we had or any support. They even left us lovely welcome packs with gifts which felt very accommodating. All appliances were in working order with good internet coverage all around the flat. The apartment is in a great location with supermarket across the street and close to the Colliseum and metro station (Manzoni). There are excellent eateries in the back streets nearby and the Basilica Di San Clemente is worth visiting - it is beautiful. Bike rental is also nearby which is handy.

Cons: You may need binoculars to watch the TV from the bed as its rather small but who goes to Rome to watch TV anyway! Get out and enjoy the Eternal City!

Amazing host and a spacious apartment in the center of Rome!

Pros: Arianna was a fantastic host. She thought of everything prior to our arrival. I was concerned arriving late at night that we could have had issues for the check-in but her clear instructions and being accessible made the experience stress free. The apartment is central and very quiet. The location was 5 minutes’ walk from the Colosseum and 10 from the Altare della Patria. Nearby you could also find bars and supermarkets. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again for a great stay Arianna!

Beautiful Spacious Apartment - Great Location!

Pros: The host is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Check in process was very smooth and tech-based. We arrived to a beautiful clean home & sweet treats waiting for us! The location is perfect, just a 2 min walk to colosseum. There are several restaurants and a supermarket right across the building. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We had a lovely time there. There are TVs, kitchen appliances, washing machine, clean bathroom, comfy big beds, towels, everything u wish for!

Pros: A good sized apartment with everything you need to explore & enjoy in Rome. In a great location to access the main attractions of the city, less than 5 min walk from colosseum and Rome Frum.with a great kitchen and good sized living area and extremely large bedrooms for a group of friends/family.apartment is renovated and completely clean and all facilities are new.host was very nice and kind and always available.we had really great experience during our stay and definitely will go back again.

Pros: Excellent location in safe area, 10 minute walk to Colosseum with public transportation easily accessible to many sites. Quiet apartment with double pane windows so street noise was not an issue. Very clean & exactly as photos shown, no clutter! Welcome supplies of coffee pods for nespresso machine, bottled water, juice, toilet paper and laundry detergent pods were greatly appreciated to allow us time to get to grocery store (nearby - across the street). Responsive and polite staff with good recommendations. Adrianna was so helpful. Good shower with plenty of warm water, comfortable Queen beds (rare find in Rome) and a kitchen with necessary amenities. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom offered flexibility for family viewing. Old-fashioned elevator (lift) worked perfectly and was helpful for luggage.

Cons: It would have been convenient to have a dishwasher and a clothes dryer for laundry, but we knew these were unavailable as part of this booking and decided to make do.
