Probably the most cost-effective B&B in all of Rome, totally worth trying

Pros: This B&B is the best of the 7 B&Bs we have stayed in Italy, the reception is very professional and welcoming, the decoration style is very stylish, the house is clean, and there is a full set of kitchen utensils and seasonings to use. The location is very good, next to the Colosseum, within 1km of the main attractions such as the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, the bus and metro are very convenient, there is a supermarket at the door, and we were helped to check in early. All in all, it was a very good stay.

Pros: Very cute and comfortable with lots of practical things close by (like a very well stocked Carreforre and a cafe with very nice coffee). Also the owner was so accommodating, even helping us when we managed to lock ourselves out by mistake.

A very good flat for rent for staying over in Rome

Pros: Very convenient location, tram and bus stop nearby, Colosseum is a 5 minute walk just down the road. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Owner communicates well in English via messages, always available and helpful!

Pros: When it says it’s close to the Colosseo - it’s literally just around the corner - spectacular location, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, and a metro stop to reach all main attractions. We reached everything by foot mostly, so this home was just right. Also, there’s a balcony with a table and chairs, all usual facilities, some snacks and coffee, we even got a chance to wash our clothes. The host was very friendly, and greeted us even before our check-in time to describe everything. Great end of our trip in Italy, thank you!!

Cons: The wine opener was missing, but we borrowed it from our neighbor downstairs - so this just adds to the wholesome experience :D

Pros: Perfect location - just 5 min from the Colosseum, 8 min from metro station, 1 min from bus stop, 5 min from beautiful park. Very clean and cozy, the host is very kind and assists always if there is a problem.

Pros: Amazing location, just a few meters away from the Coliseum. Daniele is a responsive guy. Communication with him was very easy. In the apartment, you have everything for a perfect stay. We were 2 adults with 2 kids ( 10 and 6), and I was very satisfied from the conditions.
