Great apartment

Pros: The Apartment was in a great location with it being located on a piazza with local restaurants and shops. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and enough space for everyone (5 friends staying together). Had good facilities within the apartment and check in was easy.

Pros: Loved location, testaccio fantastic. Had everything you could possibly need!

Great Apartment for Exploring the City

Pros: The location of the property was perfect, we managed to use public transportation to get around the city throughout our stay without any issues. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including coffee. The host was great, he sent all the information we needed beforehand for an easy and smooth check-in process and also went the extra mile to collect and mail a passport that was left behind in the apartment by mistake, thanks Lorenzo! Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Pros: It was very clean, spacious… The apartment had a “character “ , and my colleague was fascinated by the collection of philosophy books:) The owner was very detailed with all the info we needed, not only for the apartment, but also transport and places to visit suggestions. He also had a brand new espresso machine for the coffee lovers like me :) I dearly recommend this apartment. Total money worth.

Perfect apartment for feeling Rome

Pros: Perfect location for feeling Rome, close to local transport (very easy to use in Rome), but we were walking to Coloseum and Vatican as well. Good pizzeria downstairs, needs reservation. Host perfect, provided us with a lot of info, perfect coffee machine in the apartment. Comfortable apartment for 5 persons - location of rooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen with all the neccessary equipment and species.

Cons: Everything is functioning well, but some things needs refreshment (door locker, bed sheets), however it does not affect overall experience.

Cozy Italian style apartment in the nice area of Rome

Pros: There was everything we needed for our weekend stay in Rome: comfortable beds, perfectly working air conditioning while its was +35 in Rome, coffee machine with plenty of tasty italian coffee capsules, and a kitchen fully equiped to make for ourselves a quick breakfast. The owner was very nice and informative about the surrounndings and things to do in Rome, and he even allowed us to stay in the apartment until late evening without charging us additionally. Best recomendations!

Rome was great and Circus Massimo is the perfect place to stay and have easy access to many sights.

Pros: Breakfast was not served at the property but there are restaurants nearby where you can have tasty food at reasonable prices. Instead, the coffee machine is great and Lorenzo provided us with everything necessary for it. The location is very good, 5 minutes from the metro station and 20 minutes walking from the Colosseum

An excellent location to see Rome and enjoy the time in the local restaurants

Pros: Excellent location close to the public transport. A lot of good restaurants and grocery shops in the neighborhood. The apartment has got all the necessary facilities, very comfortable for 5 people. Convenient way of entering the apartment with an application or the codes. We appreciate the flexibility and cooperation with the host and very effective communication.

Cons: We liked everything.

Pros: Great service. We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the property. All very much appreciated

Cons: The third room (with two single beds) was the smallest and an internal room so no windows. Contrasted to two amazingly large rooms with king size beds. It might have been better to have two beds in one of the larger rooms but really just a small point against what was a fantastic stay.
