The best of the best

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome — everything was simply perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and exactly as described. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the place in excellent condition. The location is unbeatable: central, safe, and extremely convenient for walking to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring Rome incredibly easy and enjoyable. On top of that, the attention and communication were outstanding. The host was always kind, responsive, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Any small question we had was answered immediately. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome. Highly recommended — we would 100% stay here again without hesitation!

We loved our staying at this apartment. And nothing spoiled this experience. Thank you very much!

Pros: Staying at such a pretty and authentic place made our time in Rome more special! The apartment is located in the gastronomic heart of the city — Testaccio, there are a lot of restaurants and delicatessen stores. You can go to the city centre by foot, it will take about 30 minutes. There are everything you need in the apartment (an iron, a hairdryer, a clothes dryer, nice dishes), it’s clean and comfortable. Our host stayed in touch all the time, Andrea was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The door locker is broken and you can’t open it with a key (but you can open with an electronic key). So, if your internet connection is weak, you can face some troubles. You should also know that an electronic key works only through the time of your booking, at 10:01 you can’t open the door with it. Also, it will be good to know that there’s a spiral staircase in apartment and you can hear everything what happens in the hall extremely good. However it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

Я бы с удовольствием воспользовалась этим номер и во время следующего пребывания в Риме.

Pros: Мне очень понравился номер, очень чистый, уютный и есть все самое необходимое: свет, горячая вода, утюг :) , посуда, и даже вкусняшки. Правда, мне так и не удалось заходить через использование QR , так как программа в какой то момент просто зависала. Место расположние достаточно удобное. Хозяин очень отзывчив и ответственен.

Cons: Винтовая лестница - очень креативная идеяя, но немного неудобная.

Melhor hospedagem em Roma

Pros: O Andrea foi atencioso e prestativo com o check-in nos dando todo o suporte necessário, o apartamento muito bem equipado e as fotos são reais; tudo muito limpo e higienizado. Ótima localização, conhecemos todos os pontos turisticos a pé. Quando voltarmos a Roma com certeza nos hospedaremos nesse apartamento.

Cons: Nada a reclamar, tudo perfeito!

Pros: Schönes Appartment in gut angebundener Lage. Bus- und Meteolinien sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und rund um das Appartment gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, check-in und check-out hat reibunsglos funktioniert.
