Enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Fabulous location. Comfy bed. Overall quiet but you do hear others coming in and out. Room has a little fridge. Hairdryer. Kettle. Breakfast is ok if you like sweets. Loved the coffee pods. Plenty places to eat near. Safe entry system. You get own keys and code to enter. I was out each day and it suited my needs

Cons: There was nothing I did not like.

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable guest house with lovely rooms and very nice beds and amenities! Had a wonderful stay.

Cons: The pipes make a loud noise when the water is running, so just don't flush or shower in the middle of the night.

A great spot to explore Rome!

Pros: I didn’t avail of the breakfast options but it was stocked at all times.

Cons: Guests arriving late at night were noisy, you could hear all movements from the floor above also.

Was a great stay

Pros: I liked the room it wasn’t big but big enough for just me! There were some breakfast options, and a great coffee machine which i was thankful for! The shower door came off its hinges slightly but the staff were very quick to fix it! The neighbourhood is quiet, in a good way. But there’s still a couple of restaurants around. I easily walked to all the sights. And there is a gorgeous Piazza near by and Villa Borghese!

Cons: The set up of the place was loud with big locks on doors and wooden floors, due to the other guests. Didn’t like that someone was smoking in the kitchen area either. But this is mostly dependent on the others guests.

Location, location, location

Pros: The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic centre of Rome.

Cons: Breakfast was very basic. Coffee machine broke down the last day.

Pros: Perfect location, everything was in a walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean and included whatever needed for a stay. I really recommend this property.

Pros: Location was perfect,facilities was nice and clean. Nothing to much trouble.

Cons: Well, breakfast needs to improve,cause we booked with including breakfast,but the breakfast was very limited.i do recommend to get upgraded or leave it as only accommodation on booking.com.

Pros: Exceptional location, clean and cosy. Bathroom needs a bit refurnishing. There's a lack of space for your things; a smaller wardrobe should be provided.

Nice and clean rooms

Pros: The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff friendly.

Room is good and clean. For breakfast only sweet pastry.

Pros: Location was amazing, not far from main attractions and metro is only 7 minutes walk. Room was clean, bathroom as well. Near apartment you will find cozy pizza place as well 2 minutes walk great Italian sandwiches. Personnel tried to help with everything. Even early check in was not a problem.

Cons: Regarding breakfast - if you are used to salted breakfasts, not only pastry or sweets - it will not suit you. We needed to have breakfast outside as we are not used to such kind of breakfast where only sweet pastry is provided and coffee. Bathroom was located outside the room which made it a little bit uncomfortable, always needed to carry keys when you wanted to go toilet or take a shower.
