Gem of a place for the cost. Left Rome feeling really pleased from choosing it
Pros: An excellent small secluded place for a couple or solo to use as a base in Rome Transport links are very good and the surroundings were peaceful and tranquil despite being pretty central. Comfortable spacious bed and enough options to self cater if desired.
Cons: The entry system involves bluetooth to one phone so we felt that we had to stay together at all times otherwise the other couldn't gain entry, also had we lost our phone during the trip we had no back up option. The shower door was so small you couldn't avoid getting the floor wet. The door between kitchen and bedroom needs the handle fixing, we were too scared to touch it as the handle would have crumbled The air con/heater is extremely loud in such quiet surroundings

Nice, calm, good place to sleep after a long walk in the town. There is no real window, but not a big deal. Good value&#
Pros: Nice, simple, clean, safe. Nice, helpful really friendly owner! The room is the same as on the pictures, look like a new place. You can heat with the air conditioner!
Cons: Nothing special bad news. The online codekey can be a nightmare, if you have no signal, or run out of power 🙈I could put there some more basic things, as a towel in the kitchen, or a catch next to the door, but we could survive. Maybe the place is brand new

Overall I recommend this accommodation
Pros: - The host was kind and very responsive - The apartment was clean with towels and welcome products
Cons: - The hot water is controlled by a button outside the bathroom. Not knowing what it was for, it was in the off position, resulting in a cold shower - The heating system is noisy

Soggiorno bellissimo!!!!!!!
Pros: Ottima esperienza. La proprietaria è gentile e professionale. l'appartamento è fornito di tutti i servizi essenziali ed è posizionato in zona centrale, ma non caotica,molto vicino a Testaccio al quartiere caratteristico di Roma pieno di ristoranti buonissimi ! Lo consiglio vivamente !!!

Pros: Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, malutkie ale wygodne. Skuteczna klimatyzacja, która nam służyła do grzania, bo jednak w styczniu byliśmy. Bardzo komfortowe, podwójne łóżko oraz pościel. W łazience boiler, ilość ciepłej wody ograniczona, bardzo słabe ciśnienie prysznica(bardzo silne w umywalce dla odmiany). kuchnia mała ale wyposażenie ok, kuchenka, czajnik, mikrofalówka. Niedaleko fajny supermarket, duży ogólnodostępny parking, metro i komunikacja miejska, niezłe restauracje...ogólnie naprawdę polecam apartament.
Cons: Mieliśmy utriudniony dostęp, najpierw nie mogliśmy dostać się do mieszkania, jakieś problemy z zamkiem elektronicznym, później coś wywaliło korki i szukaliśmy na korytarzu...na szczęście bardzo miła Pani Federica udzieliła nam wszelkiej pomocy. Brak patelni, tylko głębokie nierdzewne garnki, brakowało, co zawsze chyba spotykałem w innych wynajmowanych apartamentach i uważam, że powinno być, to jakieś podstaowe produkty spożywcze, jak sól, pieprz, cukier, może herbata i kawa. Troszkę daleko do centrum piechotą, ale to nie problem aż taki.
