Pros: Fantastic location and neighborhood.It was close to historical places at the same time it was also very calm and enjoyable part of city.Near bus, train and metro stations, many shops around it. Very comfortable clean and detail orientated apartment. More then sure, while visiting Rome this is the best place to stay !

Pros: This is an excellent apartment — very clean and well organized. The location is perfect, very close to the Colosseum and in a great area. Niccolò is very attentive and helpful. If you are planning to visit Rome, you should definitely choose this apartment — you will not regret it.

Perfect location, great apartman

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect. Rome's attractions are easily accessible on foot or by public transport, the bus and tram stop are at the end of the street, the metro is a few minutes walk away. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious, modernly furnished, and clean. There is a beautiful park on the other side of the street. Niccolo, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Communication was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: The property was very spacious and has all the facilities including a small lift for people with large bags. In a residential area so away from the crowds and noise but still close to everything. Very good connectivity to get to all major locations and can walk to most places as well. Plenty of cafes and bars within 2mins walk as well. Niccolo was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Pros: Very nice place. Quiet and clean. Close to Collesum. Train is very close around 150 m. The host is super helpful and nice.
