Excellent

Pros: The location it was perfect, it was very easy to arrive to a lot of attractions you plan to see in a Roma Visit. You may walk to almost all of them. The apartment is very warm and clean and well equipped for your stay. The host Alessandro is special , very helpful with detailed information and instructions. He is very attentive of your needs and ready to help you. I want to thank him as he made it ready for us the apartment almost 3 hours before the check in, just to help us to arrive our booked visit of Vatican museums.

Pros: The host of the apartment (Ale), was very attentive and friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect and close to everything. The apartment was very nice and spacious.

Cons: There is no elevator, but not that many stairs.

Lovely accommodation in a wonderful area

Pros: The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This accommodation is located in a vibrant area full of wonderful restaurants. Every must-see historic site is just 30-40 min away. Every room has an AC. This can save your life if you are planning to visit Rome in the peak season.

Pros: The location was amazing - it was a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum and it was surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was perfect for my group with lovely decor and in a nice area.

Definitely recommend!

Pros: Our stay with Alessandro was amazing! The contact with him was great and he provided all kinds of food for us since we were arriving late which was really sweet. The location of the apartment was also very great, the Colosseum and the Forum Romana were a 20min walk and the Vatican 50min. We also felt very comfortable in the area in which the appartment was located and the restaurants nearby were also very good. The apartment itself had great airconditioning so it was amazing to come home to it after a hot day. The beds and even the sleeping bank were all made up and the facilities were more than enough for 6 persons. We would definitely recommend!

Cons: The only thing we were missing was some sort of drying towel for the dishes, but for the rest we liked everything :)

Pros: The location was great, plenty of room for all of us. (6 people) The host was very friendly and responsive with all our questions. We walked everywhere and we were right in the heart of all the restaurants and cafes.

A wonderful introduction to Rome and a great flat in a lovely area with a lovely and helpful host

Pros: The location of the apartment was fantastic, cafes, restaurants and a shop very close by and walkable to all the sites. It was well equipped,comfortable and clean and having air conditioning was great. Alessandro was a perfect host, on hand and responded immediately to all our requests, including booking a taxi to take us t the station.

Pros: Everything was just fine, fair value apartman nearby a thousand years old church, bars, restaurants, supermarket in the proximity.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighbourhood and would definitively recommend it to friends.

Pros: The host takes good care of his guests. He makes sure everything is going well. Upon our arrival, we found fresh water in the fridge, cakes for a snack if we were hungry, and ample supplies for cooking and making coffee. The host gave us a lot of attention in case we needed anything. It was well appreciated.

Cons: There can be a lot of noise from the street, and since the windows are neither very large nor well insulated, this may cause some trouble sleeping.
