Pros: Good location..I caught the train from airport..about 25 minute walk from station..a few minutes walk into Trastevere centre..couple of supermarkets within 50m..clean..comfy bed..simple accommodation but everything worked..expect basic clean apartment and you won't be disappointed.
Cons: Kitchen could do with an upgrade..no kettle so used old basic microwave..which could be upgraded..no shampoo/soap etc in bathroom..which is fine as long as you know. Shower was ok but again could be upgraded..

Superb
Pros: Was met at the apartment and shown around by Francesco. Was told if any problems then to send a message. There was everything we needed in the apartment and everything was working well so we had no problems. Comfortable bed and space to hang clothes. Aircon in the bedroom was welcome. Everything was advertised correctly. Loved the area and how close we were to some great restaurants. There was no noise from the street. It was a 20-30 min walk to the main tourist sites in the centre and about a 30 min walk to the Vatican along the river. That was fine for us as we do a lot of walking and enjoy it.
Cons: There was some noise from the apartment above late at night but that's to be expected in an apartment block.

Pros: Perfect location! Communication with host very detailed, easy and quick. The apartment has all the basics for a comfortable stay. Two supermarkets on the ground floor of the building. To avoid most of the touristy/student chaos, there are several good restaurant options in the streets, on the opposite site of Viale di Trastevere.
Cons: There was quite a lot of noice from renovation of the apartment right next door. No need for an alarm clock to get up on weekdays :) Not fault of the host, but It would have been nice for guests to be informed in advance.

the place had everything we could have needed and we felt safe during our stay.
Pros: the property had everything you could need when staying multiple night: washing machine, fridge, kitchenette, clotheshorse and an iron. The bed was super comfy, the aircon worked perfectly and the vibe of the neighbourhood the apartment was in was beautiful.
Cons: there were these lingering bugs within the room that were there despite us not having opening any windows. there was also a slight weird smell when we walked in but we got used to it once we had been in the room for a bit. Trastevere is absolutely beautiful and is an area worth exploring and staying in, but be prepared to walk 25,000+ steps a day if you are there to see the main attractions/explore Rome

Pros: La habitación es muy grande, la cama cómoda, el baño muy bien y la cocina es amplia y tiene un lavarropas que nos vino muy bien para seguir viaje con la ropa lavada, justo abajo 1 super muy completo y en pleno trastevere
