Fabiè Trastevere

Pros: Good location in Trastevere. Good restaurants close by. Cute property with very good amenities. Valentina was very helpful and only a WhatsApp message away if we needed anything. Bus stop close by that took us to Roma Termini which was very helpful on travelling days. Cute welcome snacks and wine upon arrive gave the stay a nice personal touch.

Great location and host, really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location. Host was fantastic. Easy check in and access. Close to bars and restaurants. Walking distance to main attractions. Air conditioning provided welcome relief from the Roma summer heat. Very clean and well stocked with amenities. Affiliated restaurant nearby. Service and food were excellent.

Cons: There are steep, narrow stairs to the loft bedroom that could be a problem for people with limitations. Hand rails provided and easy access for us - but should be considered.

Stunning Property

Pros: The property is in a great location and it is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need and some lovely touches that make it feel like home

Perfect place in a perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, we could walk to all the highlights in the city. The appartment was very clean and had all you could wish for in supplies. Contact with the owner was very pleasant too. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Cons: Water pressure and temperature in the shower (sometimes too hot but mostly too cold). Although the owner did everything she could. Bed little bit too hard for us

Small and comfortable and quite good value for money for Rome.

Pros: The location is great, close to the street full of bars and restaurant. Close to the tram and bus stop with walking access across the Tiber close. The apartment is new, very clean and quite comfortable. The bed is up a small set of stairs in a loft And quite comfortable. Downstairs bathroom is surprisingly spacious and new. There is a dehumidifier downstairs and was able to get my washing dry overnight on the hangers without any trouble. It is on a small narrow residential street which is quite quiet. It might be a little concerning for a single female but with no concern for me. The apartment was fine for one and would likely be really fine for two. In reality if you’re coming to Rome, you would want to be out much of the time anyway. Communications with Valentina were easy and excellent. I was able to check in a little early as the place was free.

A stylish apartment with a fantastic position and thoughtful host.

Pros: Valentina was an exceptional host, in fact, THE BEST I have ever experienced. The apartment was equipped with everything and more than you could wish for. From a selection of coffee, water and toiletries to even a hairdryer, and straighteners! On top of a well-styled accommodation, the owners have a restaurant which was so good that we went twice. I highly recommend their signature pasta Rugantino!

Cons: The only shame was minimal was the noise from the humidifier in the bathroom

Pros: A very cozy, modern, well-equipped, and perfectly located apartment. Valentina was incredibly attentive, giving us great advice and helping us throughout our stay. The restaurant Rugantino, run by her husband, offers excellent traditional Italian cuisine. We highly recommend it!\
